I have to say that although I was super eager to try on the Demetrios Wedding Gown Collection, I was a bit concerned once I realized that the only place that carried this designers dresses near me (2hrs away) had THE WORST POSSIBLE REVIEWS!!! But, as I said I really wanted to try these dresses so I took a chance, hoped for the best, and went in with an open mind leaving all the negative reviews at home. I have to say that I am so glad that I took the risk. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very sweet girl (Vivian) who had the biggest smile on her face and made my mom and I feel super comfortable! We hit it off right away, I should her a couple pictures of the my favorite dresses, and she took over from there picking out some gorgeous dresses for me to try on, I added a couple more to the pile and off to the dressing we went! After finding what I think may be "The One" the manager (Elizabeth) stepped in to assist with questions I had about changes to the dress! So all in all, all 3 girls (I only spoke with Crystal over the phone) went above and beyond to make my wedding dress shopping experience pleasant, fun, and memorable. I say, it doesnt hurt to check things out for yourself sometimes, you never know, people may surprise you!

Wish there was an option for zero stars. This has been an awful experience. You pay upfront, with no indication of when the dress will actually be ready. You have to call them to order, there is no online system. When I called, they twice emailed me a BLANK document they called a contract, and after I informed them it was blank they sent me the correct document with still no order number and no estimate of when it would be ready. They want you to pay $20 to have it shipped, which is horrid, and my dress came covered in stains already. Would never, ever, EVER recommend. Avoid at all costs.

This bridal shop scams its customers. They ordered my dress WAY too big and now want to charge me for alterations. The customer service is also terrible. Go elsewhere.
