BEWARE if you buy a Pet TOY! I was a semi-new customer at this shop and was happy to find the Benebones sold there.. Ive bought one months ago and my dog loved it; so I didnt hesitate to buy another. I bought the same type (I thoguht) the same size, brought it home and (unlike the one my dog was super happy about from the minute I opened the package last time) he sniffed it, took a chew, and walked off.. I was really surprised. It didnt get any better a day later; so, I returned to the store with my receipt and bag and asked for an exchange, or some sort of credit, or idea as to what went wrong.?! These are pet people" right? They want things to go well. There were 3 people all standing there giving me their attention, no other customers around, and all I got was: "we dont exchange or give refunds with any dog "toys." We cannot use them again." Well, no, nor can any other business that tries to make things right for its customers when things go wrong!! They even seemed annoyed with me after I made several suggestions to not just "lose my money." Not a credit for anything else? No. They blamed the mother company on this and told me sorry over and over again, "nothing they could do because the company itself wouldnt compensate them." BALONEY! I called the company and they did MORE over the top than you can imagine to make this right; they apologized for such poor representation - said "yes, they always try to work with their vendors" to everyones satisfaction - and were very very nice. I think I was actually speaking with one of the owners of Benebone. I was given several "options," ncluding a refund, and I will never again hestitate to buy a Benebone; but clearly, the flavor was wrong for my dog. IN ADDITION: I will (never!) go into "Dog Krazy" to purchase anything (Ever!) again. I felt like a fool leaving the store that day.

I dont use my 5 stars casually! These folks are truly dedicated to education on pet food and care and reach out to share their findings with the community. Not only do they follow their passion...they support other passionate people in the "rescue" world as well! They are always helpful, friendly and conscientious about their products. It is a pleasure to go in to either of their 2 stores and be greeted by staff members that WANT to help you find what you need! Look no further...you have found the ultimate pet supply store!

I love this place! I took my pup to get groomed for the first time here after a horrible experience elsewhere (so bad he was there for 3 hours and he didnt even get groomed). Ashley was AMAZING. She sat down with Grohl when we first got there and made him so comfortable. There was only 1 other dog, and it wasnt overwhelming for him at all. He had a great experience and he looks amazing and his fur is so soft. Im so pleased! THey also helped me downstairs find food for him as he has allergies. I will definitely be going back!

Dog Krazy is well set up with lots to offer. Very cute store and helpful, friendly staff and owners. If your dog is friendly you can bring them in the store. They sell a great variety of natural and wholesome pet food and supplies. They also have a grooming and teeth cleaning upstairs that you can make an appointment for. Id say the store prices are medium to high for pet supplies. I dont mind this; seeing as your getting high quality products and supporting your local business at the same time. Stop in and check it out!

FYI: there are no refunds after only 2 weeks! I just tried to return something and was told by the employee that it was over two weeks (it had been only 3 weeks since the purchase). When I complained, she said, "it is written on the receipt". Well, the print is so small, Id have to use closeup glasses! Anyway, I think they should tell you this AT the time of purchase. I like the people but I hate this policy. Heck, the flu last longer than 2 weeks! I think they should revisit this policy and change it.

They are attentive, and if you are. Regular customer, they remember you and your dog. They do good work for the community, and I always try to go there for my dogs needs even if a few products might be a couple cents higher. I want to support local businesses. Plus, they only sell top quality food, toys, and such. My Foodle loves going to Dog Krazy; it is her favorite place.

Nancy works very hard to make sure you get the best for your dog. The entire staff is treats you like a friend and are knowledgeable and can answer any question. I love their selection, and will pay the money to make sure my dog isnt eating food bulked up with waste products. They just started local delivery as well. $5 to deliver to King George is a great deal.

They know you when you go in. They spoil your dogs. They have everything you could ever want for your dog. They dont carry crap food, only healthy, good for your dog food. The owner and employees know everything about making sure your dog is holistically taken care of.
