Typically well stocked. Staff is normally friendly and helpful. Animal cages arent as clean as they once were, but still nothing bad. Fish tanks need to be scrubbed a little more frequently, and they need to do more checks for dead fish, especially in the very crowded feeder fish tanks. Store is kept clean. Check dates on pet food, they dont always rotate stock very well. Return policy is great. I returned an unopened bag of food (bought several back when it was on sale) from a few months prior. They took it back no problem and issued store credit since it was over 60 days.

We took our dog Meg in today for a bath. Rachel did an awesome job. Actually the best in the 2 years we have had her. We have used other pet stores for her grooming we will not go back to. We are just so happy that we found Rachel to take good care of Meg. All of the employees in the grooming center were personable and wonderful with her. I would highly recommend Rachel and Petco grooming for your pets needs. Thank you so very much all of you in the grooming salon for great pet service and great customer service.

PetSmart offers tons of different options for toys, food, OTC medication, and other supplies for your pet needs. While I have not personally used their training services, I have witnessed people requesting refunds because they were dissatisfied with the service on two different occasions. The staff is pleasant and they work with a local shelter for animal adoptions.

Everything U want for normal household pets is here in one place. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean & well organized. The only downside is the price. All the pet stores charge for the convenience of everything in one place. I only shop here when I absolutely have to.
