Ive been scoping this shop out for a couple weeks before purchasing a hamster for my daughter. This will be her first pet, and the staff there were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Kevin, one of the staff members there; was the epitome of what customer service really is. I was purchasing a cage for our new hamster but feared it wouldve been too small for the igloo I wanted to place inside. There was only one way to find out and he proceeded to open the box and set the cage up so that I knew for sure. He helped pick out the food and made many suggestions in taking proper care of my daughters new hamster. I will be shopping here for all of our pets needs from now on.

I absolutely love this store. It is convenient for me and my furry kids love it. People and management in this store are amazing. Ive had a problem with my boxer, cause his belly is very sensitive, They will recommend Natural choice for him and since then, all three of my kids are on it. I didnt have any problem since then. The store is clean and people are knowledgeable ! I love that ..... I wish them lots of happy clients and I hope people will support the small companies who will work hard. Marcie

The grooming here is really terrible. My poodles cut was spotty and not what I asked for at all. She also had a reaction to the shampoo that I asked them not to use. Neither of my dogs were bathed or clipped properly. I tried out this groomer after my favorite Petco groomer moved away and was hoping for quality service. Grooming here is more expensive and lower quality than Petco/Pet Smart. My dogs will not be returning.

Cat claw trimming was purrrfect. We were in and out in 10 minutes. 9 of those were the young lady coming out from the counter to walk us around and help. She even opened packages for us to try! When they didnt have a specific item she told us who did. The groomer stayed late to help with our schedules. They were very helpful and I hope more people review them to keep this helpful store in our neighborhood.

I love this store. Its where Ive chosen to shop regularly for our dog. Its small and quiet, so I dont feel nervous taking my dog there. Shes a rescue who is making huge strides with reactivity, but who cant deal with a big, busy store. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful but not pushy. They generally give you a free bag of treats if you come in with your pet.

I never write reviews and I really dont like talking to employees at most stores. The staff here is very helpful and friendly though and not too annoying or pushy with sales. They have a good return policy and price match with Amazon.

I take my 2 large dogs here for nail trims. The groomers are always quick and do a good job with my pups. We are in and out in less than 10 minutes, nail trim and grind done promptly! I love that they are bothered by my large dogs!

Went shopping for kitten food. Picked up a can of food, carried it to the register, and then to my horror realized there were maggots crawling all over the product. I left in disgust, will NEVER enter the store again.

They are awesome. The sales are well priced and theyre so friendly and helpful when you walk in. I walked in today with my two dogs and they gave me a bag to fill with bulk treats.... just because!

Nice and convenient place for pet food and other supplies for your typical pets, not so much for exotics. Prices and selection is comparable to the larger pet shops that are out of the way.

Love the staff! I brought my dog in and was assisted in placing a fitted harness on my dog. I was showed how to fit the harness and I enjoyed my experience.

They have a really awesome cat groomer. She is fast and efficient and really good with cats. I highly recommend this store over Petsmart or Petco groomers.
