Absolutely horrible customer service from a cashier and manager. I was waiting in line to check out earlier tonight, 9/17/2016, around 8pm. The cashier is starting to check out the customer ahead of me and asks about my two items on the conveyor belt. The other customer tells him theyre not hers. I even chimed in and told him theyre mine, in a very friendly manner. The customer ahead of me and myself were both very polite and we had just been happily talking about our dogs together. Hes scanning her items and lastly scans my two as well. She begins to start paying on the card scanner, and I chimed in again and asked if he scanned my items, and then said "oh no those are mine", again, in a very friendly manner! With an obvious attitude and annoyed-sounding-tone, he says, "I just asked yall!". Very, very rudely! I immediately replied in the same tone "I just told you those are mine". The manager standing next to him then starts trying to tell me "ok, ok, its ok", in a condescending way as if Im being belligerent or something! She then goes on to defend him saying hes just making sure about the items, to which I told her that Im just responding in the same tone that he asked, and I had just told him they were mine. She then says "oh, well I was talking to him too, distracting him". Im standing there so confused because theyre both obviously in the wrong, and yet shes still defending him and herself as hes standing there staring me down like he wants to hit me or something. And please keep in mind, I did respond to him back in the same tone he rudely talked to me and the other customer in, which I shouldve just taken the high road and ignored it, but I did not raise my voice or cause a scene in any way! Could not believe the customer service I was receiving! What a bunch of trashy, ghetto employees!

Went there two weeks ago for a pawdicure. She, the lead bather, took him to the back and literally walked right back out not even 1 minute later. I had to ask her if she even did anything, which she assured me she did. I shouldve checked my dog before i walked out but regretfully I didnt. My dogs nails were all uneven, two of them looked like they were just grinded down at the tip and not clipped but ALL of them were still very long. My dog is nervous but hes NEVER had a problem getting his nails cut or any other grooming for that matter and she didnt say anything about my dog not letting her clip his nails. Careless and sloppy. Check your dog before you walk out the door before you waste your money. Oh and one of the other girls has a serious eves dropping problem and an ugly attitude. I didnt catch her name but she claims shes Hispanic...a skinny, tall, browned hair girl. she was VERY impatient.

Went here to get a guinea pig for my kids for Christmas because all the petsmarts in my area were out. They helped me get everything I need and know what to expect and were very nice despite being so busy. I didnt give it 5 stars because the purchasing manager was pretty unprofessional. She was out smoking in front of the store when I left and told me about the 14 day if-your-pet-dies guarantee. Maybe some people dont care, but I hate walking through someones smoke to enter/exit a building. Im sure she was just trying to be helpful, but she didnt seem to have it together because she talked at length about if the pet dies even after I said thank you and tried to walk away. If its info I needed to have, I could have been told by someone inside the store during purchase.

PETSMART, I am not satisfied with the so called grooming my dog recieved on Friday. All that spill that was given to me could have been cut short by just saying Princeton will be shaved point blank and reminded me to bring Princeton a sweater or something because he would be nake. Not satisfied for the second and last time. If you had to do extra to do the basic that not service thats double talk. You couldnt have done extra combing to cut, that seems like a lie to me, oh yeah same amount of time if not less b4 I picked him up. Does your sign on the read Love what we do. Ummmm, What are you doing. Customer Service should still count in more ways than one. IVE BEEN DOGGED OUT!!!!!

even know there is a petco closer to me i usely go to this petsmart to get my 2 huskies brushed out but today a groomer named Colette was the most rudest unfriendly people ever bad bad service and has no business talking to customers with a rude snotty attitude i recommend NOT EVER EVER going into or having your dog groomed if Colette is in petsmart working after talking to manger she then that it was ok to be even ruder and give me dirty looks without saying sorry or caring that she was treating people rudely i take my dogs in one a week but am thinking of going somewhere else now

After calling and asking if they do walk-in nail trims, I was told yes, they do. Upon arriving after a 20-minute drive, I was asked if my two Jack Russells had updated rabbie shots. I explained I didnt have the paperwork on me and that I didnt realize it was necessary. I feel I should have been told that as a courtesy when I called beforehand. The front cleek made it very clear she had no intentions of even giving me an inch of help or understanding. Very dissapointing. I will not ever return here again.

This is an amazing Petsmart and Im so happy to take my dogs here! Theyre always nicely groomed and the people that work there are SO helpful! I recommend this place for big and small dogs. But as always in life, be cautious of your dogs and dont let the big ones near the small ones UNLESS its Safe. Accidents DO happen! Be safe. Be cautious. And Enjoy the Tail Wags/Meows!

I always have a great experience here. Especially the grooming department. I have pitbull breed and not many people are comfortable handing them due to their bad rep. The staff here always treats my pup wonderful! He comes out clean & smelling great. Btw if your dog sheds try the furminator package! My pups shedding has reduced like crazy. -happy customer :)

This store has lost my business. I was looking for assistance or information that would either help me board or adopt out my pet. I spoke with Jennifer, and as I was in the middle of my request she hung up on me. It was the audible sound of a hand receiver connecting with the phone base; i.e. not an accident. With that, this store has lost my business.

This place isnt as cheap as Walmart for pet food and supplies, but it does offer unique selections and a pet friendly atmosphere. I LOVE that they work with local animal rescue organizations and have adoptions available during the weekends. This is where we adopted our pet. She was healthy and the various details given about her were accurate.
