Petsmart has always been the best chain pet supply store. But, they went above and beyond when my hubby and I noticed our pup wouldnt play with anything but a very seasonal black/orange hedgehog from Halloween. I asked one of the managers (so sorry I didnt get your name!) she had dark hair, and another associate, Megan, if they had maybe a pile of last seasons toys. The two of them went back and searched for any they could find! They did find one(!!!!!) and told me it seems to be a recurring product so I should be able to find more next year. They were so helpful and so caring to help us out! Happy holidays petsmart -- you will always have my business!

The Tetra

A pet store with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I got a betta from them three years ago and hes doing great in my planted ten gallon. The care of their fish has improved in recent years, and there are far less dead and ill ones present. Except for the comet goldfish and Rosy reds. I really dont think they should be selling them, at least not as feeders. They also changed the betta set up so fish in the back dont get so easily overlooked, but I still often see a few sick ones. The small mammals, birds, even the reptiles have all improved in their condition after the remodeling this store did not too long ago. Its not perfect, but its not bad.

I had an appointment at Banfield. I noticed a sign welcoming walk-ins for grooming. After my appointment at 435pm I proceeded to the groomers and asked if they could take my dog. I was asked for what? I said for a cut. A lady with short black hair and glasses behind a dog she was cutting just said no..with no explanation, and no alternative to maybe just a bath.... I felt like I was just dismissed w nothing more or less. Nothing else was said horribly customer service. 11/1/16 @ 435. They closed at 930pm

Maggie was bathed today by Shayna. We just moved here and I am very particular with my beagle/Esa. She really was gentle and took time to pamper Maggie. We will be back because even though we will live closer to Woodbridge, I love the fact that Shanya was compassionate and cared.

Went in to buy a snake for my son, i have never owned a snake and wanted my son to hold it and make sure it was not aggressive before we paid for it but the sales rep would not let us even touch it. Needless to say we will buy our $90 snake else where.

Excellent place to get your pets groomed. Love coming here with the kids to buy pet supplies and look at the other animals that Im not brave enough to buy them! :)
