HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Took my 8 puppies in to buy pee pads and toys and to socialize the little monsters. Another couple stopped us and asked about the pups and of course played with them. The manager came up to use and said we can not solicit in his store, even thou I had many items in my cart and was still shopping. We did not offer the pups for sale nor did we have any signs or anything. We never approached anyone, we were approached!!!! After walking away from the couple, we were still upset, we started walking towards treats & food and the manager came up to us again! At this point we were angry and asked what his problem was we are shoppig and have over $50 in are cart at this point and only went down a couple isles. We told him fine, we would not buy there anymore and to give us his GMs number. We went and put everything back we were going to buy and proceeded to leave. HE CALLED THE POLICE!!! Are you kidding me, he also failed to provide the GMs name & #. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN UNLESS ITS TO PROTEST!!! PetSmart welcomed us with open arms.

A groomer BUTCHERED my female Pomeranian puppys hair. I specifically said THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GETTING MY PUPPY A HAIRCUT, and to make SURE to keep her ears fanned out... only TRIM her ears. CLEARLY the woman did not understand the word "fanned out" even though I made a stupid gesture with my hands on my freakin head. She justified her huge mess up by saying "you should of said natural look." WHEN YOU PICTURE A POMERANIAN, DOES ANYONE SEE A SHORT-HAIRED CHUBBY LOOKING DOG?NO. YOU DONT. Now my puppy looks like a fat male dog, a "teddy bear" the woman called it. If youre forced to come to this location, bring a picture from online to make sure they understand what you want. IDK who in their right mind thinks this look suits a FEMALE Pomeranian puppy. ITS GOING TO TAKE 6 MONTHS for her gorgeous hair to grow back. I am livid.

Two weeks ago, I went there with my family to the grooming dept. When we went in we saw this black girl attend to us, she was so scary looking no smiles on her whatsoever. There floor was so dirty-it had feces stains on it since yesterday- my mom and dad saw that, I wasnt there. We brought our small size dog about 30 pounds there for a nail trim. And this big white guy groomer-my dog had a muzzle on him-my dog was kinda hyper and the big white guy groomer said no, he is not allowed- he refused my dog- we waited about 15 mins for him to say no. He wasted our time- this coward. My dog had a muzzle on!!!! Anyways dont go there til they change grooming dept staff. Dont hate on me because I am telling the truth. Only god can judge me, nobody else. Disappointed Petco Customer, Mr and Ms. X

Best fish department!! Tanks are clean and well cared for. Prices are good. The Aquatic Specialist there is very friendly, helpful and can answer any questions you have. Fish health is a priority. They go the extra mile to help with new set-ups for fresh & salt water. They do free water testing. Very few of the fresh water fish I have bought there have ever died. On that rare occasion when it did happen, they honored the 30 day guarantee on fresh water fish. I brought the fish remains in with a water sample as well as my receipt. They tested the water. It was fine. They promptly replaced the fish with no problem. They were really nice about it. I always have a great experience there!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR GROOMING. Horrified at the job they did and the treatment of my pet. Pet came home smelling like feces and soaking wet. Unfriendly staff in the grooming center. If I could rate it a 0 star I would. Please save your pet the pain and discomfort of this awful grooming center.

Well stocked, plenty of free parking, VERY-Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, under worked and underpaid Staff, but the Mens Bathroom is full of dead bugs (crickets) and overall is disgusting. Posting a pic of the "Notify the General Man ager about the condittion of the Rest Room" to BUZZ.

the dog grooming hours are different than the regular hours, but they dont mention it on the website. Plus, they shut down the self-serve dog wash well before the posted time. Not cool when you have a stinky dog and they dont do anything but shrug.

They have a convenient dog tag maker in the front of the store. Clean up bags are kept stocked in aisles
