Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, good selection of products. I have been there several times with no issues. Took off one star from the rating because I went there last week ten minutes after they were supposed to be open and there was a sign on the door saying "back in 10 minutes." Waited a while but then gave up and went to Petco. This wont stop me from going back to the store as otherwise I have had nothing but positive experiences.

I am rating this store 2 stars because I know that the other locations offer great customer service and well stocked. However, the store located in Chester had a "I will be back in 5 minutes" note on the door when I arrived. 5 minutes ended up being more like 20 minutes. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Absolute wonderful store! Everything you could want and great location! The lady at the counter was a plethora of information and a tremendous help! She knew all the ends and outs of dog food and was very knowledgeable on harness sizes and performance.

More of a pet supply store than a pet store. No animals or pets for sale inside. Looks to be well stocked with all sorts of pet supplies and accessories though.

The best, friendliest, most informative pet supply store Ive ever been in in my life. Plus they offer pet washes for $10 and someone is always on site.
