Absolutely the ONLY place I will shop for my fur kids. I absolutely trust the owner of this chain to have the safest & healthiest food, treats and toys available on the market. I will always be a loyal customer and have been doing my shopping here since the first store opened up on Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg, VA. The owner of this store has taken the time to become educated in pet nutrition as well as being the kind of owner who listens to what her customers individual needs may be and goes out of her way to meet them.

I have been very sad for about a month or two, my groomer left Petco!!! Oh sh&$ !! I lucked out through technology and found her!! Went there today my 80 lb. bulldog remembers her!! Kim is my groomer. I will have it no other way! She takes her time and loves her furry clients like they are her own, we had a problem with separation anxiety ( well I had) Kim sensed it right away and handled both of us (Blaze) like a true professional! Thanks Kim Im glad we found you!

They have a new groomer that did an absolutely AWFUL job, yesterday. My dog had no hair left; she shaved him down to his skin to the point of clipper burn. I brush him weekly, so there was no need to shave him so short. Im so upset with her lack of effort and ability to groom a dog. We will not go back there ever again and neither will any of our friends and family who saw our poor dog. Everyone wanted to know who did that to him.

We love this store. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We have a dog with a very sensitive stomach. The staff explained what could help her stomach issues and what food and treat lines would work for her. We changed her over to her new diet slowly and she is dong great. They also have the greatest "helper" behind the counter. We would recommend this store to anyone who has a pet.

No junk food!! Good food great natural treats. Both cat and dog food and treats. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. If they dont know an answer to your question, they will find out!! Another location downtown.
