Two sundays ago, I got here at 8 40. They had already locked the doors even though their sign clearly says open til 9. Customer service is always terrible too. I was waiting behind a woman talking extensively (over 5 minutes) about dog collars to the one clerk. Not asking about them, just telling the clerk about different collars she had at home. The clerk was just staring at her not ringing her items up. There was an open register with no one behind it, so after 5 minutes with a huge bag of hay in my arms i interrupted to ask about the other register, well thats when another clerk comes out of the break room. After telling her about my experience so far she says "well theres only two of us here so what do you want me to do". Thanks lady. So as soon as she touches the computer she says Oh the system just went down. I said ok... How long do you think it will be. She said "Well it says here 45 minutes." and proceeds to walk in the back. At this point i am very disappointed with this womans attitude. I stood there reading the news on my phone, and only then did she offer me a coupon. I can only assume she did this because she thought i was calling the corporate office. My roommate says a man was standing in the store last week trying to give his dog away to people shopping. Is this really where you want to go?

30 min to close the store and i went there to buy some food for my new puppy and i met the dog trainer Savoj (i dont remember how to write his name) and he explained everything that we need to know about good dog food and some tips to introduce my older dog with my new puppy and some advises for training dogs with anxiety. I loved our chat, my wife wants to register our dogs for training classes with him.

The selection was more limited than I expected, and what was there was more expensive than just up the street at PetSmart.... I guess they make up the poor selection and prices with excellent customer service? At least the lady was helpful and apologetic that they had literally one option for what I needed at twice the price of anywhere else.....

The store is pretty small so it has only a limited selection. I have visited the place two times and the workers have always made me feel welcomed, especially my dog as well! If youre okay with only having limited things available to you but customer service and feeling at home is your go to, Id definitely recommend going here! :)

James and crew have set up a solid fish department. The tanks are clean with a good variety of healthy fish and plants. The smaller store size makes it difficult for them to stock supplies for those of us with bigger tanks but thats okay. Theyll happily order any specialty items as needed.

Michelle is the best groomer I have ever had. She was patient with my squirmy tea cup yorkie and have her an appointment on the same day I called! She is definetly my new all the time groomer!
