Mao Mouse

This petco, like all others, is awful, I purchased a guinea pig from there and he was sick with ring worm, when I brought him back for vet care and explained what was wrong, the manager snatched him from me, said that wasnt what was wrong and took him to the back, without even asking me for his name. They said Id get him back in a month. Thats ridiculous. The supplier of their pets is awful, the animals come from mills, thats why so many are sick. It seems that I know more about the animals than the people that work there, Im not trying to toot my own horn but its true. There was one employee there that seemed to care about the animals and all he was was a cashier. The animals are usually unhealthy and unhappy, the animals clearly do not come first, going against what they say. Theyre over priced and not trustworthy. Once I get my guinea pig back I promise you I will never go to this, or any other Petco again. I shouldve never given the store the benefit of a doubt and gave them another chance, if I could give no stars I would. I wish I had stuck to my no big chain pet store policy.

I had an extraordinary experience at the store when a groomer, Angie Rose, recommended products to remove dog urine from wood. Shes professional, well-spoken and has a fun personality. The entire grooming experience was awesome. Thanks so much!

I always take my little furbaby there for her nails... she isnt crazy about the dremel but she is cuddled while they do it so she is ok... they always do a fantastic job and i always get her a toy afterward. Great experience so far.
