I just worked an event at this store for Bobbies pitbull rescue and sanctuary. The store manager was exceptional, and provided everything we needed to set up all while running her store in the most efficient way!! The customer service was unbelievable!! Everybody was so nice and helpful! They were hard at work stocking items in their store but would stop everything they were doing to ask if I needed any assistants at all! All the employees were very knowledgeable about every product they carry, and made some awesome reccomendations to help my pup thrive nutritionally, physically, emotionally, and mentally! The store was also very clean, they were mopping and dusting the whole time we were there for the event, and still had the time, and energy to help multiple customers, and the volunteers with our pitbull rescue!!! I would recommend this store to anybody over petco and petsmart! I made thousands of dollars in purchases and got my dog groomed at petco, but not anymore!! Did I mention Pet Valu has a wash your own dog section? Bye, bye petco!! Check this store out, meet the store manger, they are GREAT!!!!!

The manager, Mandy, is amazing! She always remembers me, remembers my pets, and is very personable. She always knew what food I needed and always made me feel like we were good friends. am moving and am very sad to leave the area as this pet store became my favorite up here. Staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and the store has a great selection of tons of things. It is well kept, clean, and a happy environment.

Went for the DIY dog wash. Place is lovely and well lit. The woman at the counter was extremely helpful. My two hooligans hated the experience, but no more than any other bath time. The stairs up to the tub worked for one, I had to deadlift the other. Used their shampoo and towels, did not need the dryer. I will definitely be going back.

Wide selection of treats, toys, food, and other miscellaneous pet supplies. They also have a rewards program that you can join to get additional coupons and deals. The do a military discount on specific days through the month. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I love this pet store! Having a dog washing station is the best thing ever, no more sore back! All of the employees have been really friendly too.
