Very helpful and caring staff! Special shout out to Kayleigh for taking your time to help us find a higher fat food for our aging kitty! She was losing weight rapidly, we were at a loss for what to do. Kayleigh helped pick some great options and she started eating again! Cant thank them enough and will definitely be back!

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is very bright and clean with an open layout that makes it easy to find what youre looking for. One of the best pet stores in NoVA -- worth the drive even if you dont live in the immediate area.
