We took our pup to get her nails trimmed at this location, which weve done multiple times now. When we brought her home, we gave her a bath as we usually do and after the bath, we noticed all the blood. The employee who cut her nails clearly put medicine on them because two of the nails were bleeding. Our living room rug is now stained, despite cleaning, along with her pet bed. When we called the store about what to do, they told us to come in to get the "Styptic powder" to put on her nails. When we got to the store, they made us pay full price for it and would not refund the nail trimming. Had the initial employee just been honest with us about trimming her nails too short, we could have completely avoided this problem!

This location is way too claustrophobic. There is also a very limited line of merchandise here. They carry tons of food types, but when it comes to anything else youre better off visiting another location instead. Chances are at this one you wont find what youre looking for.

We bring our dog regularly for nail clipping and grinding as she doesnt like to cooperate for us. The staff is always great, and very nice to talk to.
