In the last 6 months we have had three instances where the Ashburn store ran out of our dogs food. One of our dogs eats Orijen 6 Fish and the other eats a version of Merrick Limited Ingredient. After discovering, for the third time, that they were out of our normal large bag of Merrick, we were told a shipment would arrive today. Unfortunately the delivery for dog food came and they still dont have the brand/type of food we need (and have been buying from them consistently for a year). While the store is clean and the staff friendly, this is terrible planning of inventory for something as important as dog food. Clearly we are not the only ones who purchase these brands of food. If it were toys or treats it would not be an issue. As a result, we will not return to this store in the near future.

Horrible experience with the self wash. The area was COVERED in old dog hair.. and while I understand blow drying dogs, youll get hair on the ground but this was ridiculous. Hair was all over the shelves, floor, blankets, shampoo bottles, blow dryer, tub. Also, the store wasnt busy so I dont understand why the wash area wasnt cleaned. What exactly is the point of washing your dog here if hes just going to get covered in someone elses fur when he hops out.. wont be returning. Looks like Ill be driving to the Reston store.
