Pet valu is the best pest store ever!! They have an awesome supply of dog ang cat food, toys, crates, cat houses/towers, collars, leashes etc I could go on & on of all the great things they have. They also have hamster, gerbil, Guinea pig, bird etc supplies. The one in Frederick also has a bath area where u can bathe your dog! And the employees are the nicest, sweetest, most helpful people!!!

I love the customer service and selection for your "run of the mill" pets. However, they dont have a huge selection when it comes to reptiles (I have a ball python and a veiled chameleon). They do try their hardest to supply me with what I need for all of my animals but Im reserving my 5-star review until they provide a better selection for the "odd" pet.

Great, friendly service and good prices. Love the staff and they are almost always fully stocked! Only once were they out of something I wanted and it came in two days later. Beats the impersonal pet warehouse with a constantly changing teenage staff who dont know their products.

We love going to Pet Valu. They really made a lot of updates and changes recently. They have an even greater selection now and their prices are comparable to other places. Theyve even added a place to give your animals a bath.

Theyre very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt think they had a great selection on several items, but enough to get me started when we adopted a cat, though the prices are a bit high. They host adoption events on Saturdays.

We have been attending the location in Frederick for several years and they handle everything perfectly. The perk points are awesome and save money over time. The emmployees are amazing and treat our dogs like family.

Great selection of dog food and dog toys, and plenty of other pet supplies. They even have a very nice self dog wash section! Its perfect for bathing your dog, we use it very often!
