Let me start off saying the place was very clean and well organized, I was actually impressed by how well kept the store appeared. I went there with my family to shop for our dog, but of course I was side tracked by all the little animals for purchase in the store. That was when I found the Betta section. It was quite small and fairly unimpressive, most of the fish werent swimming around and seemed pretty dismal. But then I started to notice that at least a quarter of the fish sitting there were actually dead. I tapped on their cups and even gave a light push to some, just to be sure, but none of them budged. Im When I initially started counting the number of dead Betta the manager came over to ask if we needed any help and I told him what I was doing. He seemed to laugh it off and acted like I was strange, before walking away. After the initial shock of the number dead Betta I decided to take a few photos (Initially just to show my fiance but included one here). That was when the manager came back and became angry at me for taking photos, so I walked away as I wasnt about to start an argument with an adult male over the treatment of the animals in the store. I would be understanding of it were just one or two fish, but a quarter of your on floor stock is horrifying. It is sad to see a newly opened store fall so quickly into the continuous mistreatment of animals in major corporations.

Just picked up my puppy after her wonderful grooming by Sean!! Ive taken my puppy a couple of times to this PetSmart with different groomers but Sean has provided the best service. My baby is beautiful. Sean cleaned up her tear stains and told me about a couple of ticks he found.

Great place! I have bought many fish from this particular store and every time they are healthy! The staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to truly care about their jobs and know what they are doing.

I have got most of my fish from this place and they have all been healthy, the people working in the fish section know about fish and they helped me out with getting a new 60 gallon tank for the best price

Always helpful staff. You are acknowledged right away and can get assistance to find the product that you seek. Check out is a little slow, but generally tolerable.
