Consistently bad experience, one time shipping label was created but didnt send the package for a month since, on another order that they held they never sent me an email telling me they were missing items (which happends a lot) and the customer service is not very helpful or willing to create a situation where id like to come back and spend my money here. You can find much better sites that operate in a much smoother, friendlier and more professional fashion. Nothing but bad experiences with this company.

Paid for a particular brand and flavor but received an unknown tobacco in a plain clear B&B company bag. Addressed the issue but B&B refused to give me an explanation, refund or replace my order. POOR customer service!!
