Where to start. My boyfriend and I have been occasionally going here the past few years to buy cuttwoods unicorn milk which use to be fairly priced and originally was on the shelves at ismoke by the owner per request of us. Just recently we visited to purchase a bottle and we were told (by some new guy, whom we have never seen here before) that it would be $20 for a 15ml bottle but since we were going to by 2 he would only charge us $15. When we explained that the going rate for a 15ml bottle was around 12 he got very rude and told us that "he didnt need our business, that they werent even a vape shop and we could take our business else where if we thought we could get it cheaper. They were a smoke shop and they werent trying to make money on vape products." It was the worst customer service Ive ever received and completely embarrassing as there were other customers in the store. We never want to spend money here again! They must be making some good money off there clone glass pieces, ya know, since they can just send away loyal customers like that. WHAT A JOKE.

It was my first time there and definitely my last. Dude tried to charge me $133 for The Kind Pen which goes for $69 online. I even gave him the side eye and said, that was a little pricey for what I could get online direct from the manufacturer for half. He took ten off and said he couldnt go lower. I could overnight the pen and it would still be cheaper. Ridiculous.

Stopped in this place after coming to the conclusion my usual spot was abandoned; Im glad I did. A great selection of stuff with reasonable prices (given the area). Exceedingly nice and helpful staff. I dont have to visit these places often; but these guys have given me a reason to stop in more often. Keep it up; I look forward to my next excursion to your shop.

Price gouged vape products. Stale cigars/blunts that dont sell. Weak chinese glass. Price gouged raw products. A weak sarcastic customer service ploy. Illicit/illegal items. Im amazed prince william hasnt raided this place. Or had it shut down for bad business practices...such as price gouging but hey this aint florida right and its a b&m.

Nice guys. Friendly and helpful. The prices are obscene though - they know that youre only going there because you dont want to wait for an online order to arrive, so they capitalize on it. They dont tell you that this is the case, but theyre nice enough not to insult your intelligence by denying it either.

I love this shop! They have some really nice pieces here and the setup is nice. They let me bring my dog inside with me on one visit and I was pleasantly surprised as a lot of stores tell me no! Their prices are a little high, but for the quality of the pieces Ive bought, i feel its worth it!

I have been coming here for the month to buy my papers and some vape juice. The store is clean and well organized, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, specially Eliyas, he worked with my budget and give me a lot of advises on how to use my vape pen. totally recommend it.

People complaining about the price lol this is VA youre talking about their prices are decent for a place that has all that stuff. Friendly staff... yeah they might need a bit of more knowledge on their stuff but still good place with decent prices.

Good for small things like butane, candles, tabacco tools. Anything major is worth the wait for online transactions because of expensive prices. I.E, bought 10 grams of kratom for $25 when i knew i could buy it by the ounce online for $20.

If youre looking to get ripped off then come here for vape products, their attempt at providing mediocre products for ridiculous prices is horrible for business. My first and last time purchasing anything from these guys.

The guy there is a lier I bought 5 kratom pills for 70 he said 2 will chill me out I took all 5 and nothing its a rip off they will sell u anything and tell u anything lesson learned
