Walked in to causally get a cigar for a wedding that Im going to in the next week. Left with so much more. As soon as I walked in to Cigar Connection, I was immediately welcomed and greeted. Im not an avid cigar smoker but I really felt like I was at a place that I could hangout at all the time. Im not sure if it was the owner or not but the person behind the counter was assisting another customer, but said hed be in to help me pick something out shortly. I was clueless inside the humidor but as soon as he came inside to assist, I was at ease. He didnt try to rip me off. He helped me find the perfect summer time wedding cigar. Three actually. He definitely had a ton of knowledge about cigars. A true cigar expert. We ended up having a great conversation about something other than cigars as well. After my purchase he told me to have one of their hats for free, which was awesome and so kind!! Definitely would recommend!

I contacted Chris that work in this shop over facebook for a few cigars I wanted to purchase. He told me he would put them away for me and they would be available for me anytime. I went down 4 days later and Chris wasnt there, but the guy I spoke with was expecting me. He went right to where Chris had put my cigars and pulled out my package. I loved their selection so much I bought an additional 5 cigars some very difficult to find. I was also provided a free cigar lighter because of my purchase and was given a discount on top of that. Both Chris and the rest of the staff were extremely eager to help find anything they have in stock and help you find it. Cigars were in perfect shape and no issues at all. Its a bit of a drive for me, even though I have probably 5 other stores on the way, but its well worth it.
