We are from Gates so traveling to Webster isnt something we usually do, but Empire was the only vape shop in town that had the device we wanted in stock. Not only did they have the device we wanted (which works great) we also purchased a couple of batteries. They had pre-charged them so we could use the device right then, Ive never seen any other vape shop do that, and its so very thoughtful! The gentleman that helped us was a very friendly middle aged man (I assume the owner), it was refreshing to deal with person my age. Overall a great experience, when we need new hardware again we will definitely be making the trip across town to Empire!

This is one of the better places to get Vape gear juice ext. And I think the best prices in Rochester for name brand the owner is very knowledgeable very polite then well go the extra my all the help you get what you want or he will even order it for you so they have it in stock.
