The sales people are never pushy, and are very nice to deal with. This is an important point, because all too often, cigar clerks exhibit an air of aficionado snobbery that is more off-putting than a .50 cent cigar dipped in dog doo. Always a good selection of cigars, though I am forced to "like" several different brands as there is a rotation on what they run out of. They have a nice comfortable cigar lounge with a large TV and are very inviting. Prices are ok due to overhead and VA sales tax being so high.

This place is a wonderful shop full of interesting people! I go there every so often to get some Pipe Tobaccos and Cigars. the employees are welcoming and willing to work with you!!! Cant say enough about this place!!
