I go here all the time to pick up tobacco and cigarette tubes. Ive tried three or four other smoke shops and found this one to be the best for my needs. They keep the bags of tobacco in a humidor (or so Im told) so you dont need to be afraid of buying dried out garbage. They keep their tobacco well stocked, which is far more than I can say for the other smoke shops around here. Ive never once gone in and had them be out of what I wanted. The prices are good (bag of tobacco + box of tubes = ~$18) and the service has been prompt if not terribly spirited. Im usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. The only time I need to wait is when another customer is hemming and hawing about some piece of paraphernalia or another. From what Ive seen, most of the staff is quite knowledgeable but Ive never tried to stump them. They simply answer any question I have.

Very, very unimpressed with the service. I would not recommend stopping at this place. The woman I spoke with was a b*tch who didnt know anything about smoking-related products. She acted like I wasnt worth her time; she blabbered on her cell phone for most of the time, and when she wasnt doing that, I was treated very rudely. The whole experience made me uncomfortable. 1.5/5 Do not go.

Bought a couple of cigars that turned out to be incredibly stale. I got them cut there, put in a zip block with a humidity pack, and smoked within thirty minutes of buying them. Im guessing the cases theyre stored in doesnt maintain humidity very well. The wrapper crumbled throughout the smoke.

They never pick up the phone if you call with a question. A lot of items are overpriced. Good selection and helpful staff when you visit the store. This store is good if you need something small like papers or screens, but your better off shopping online for bigger and more expensive items.

Been here forever, for a reason. Fair prices with a large selection of everything. I met a beautiful woman there that I fell in love with very quickly. This shop will always hold a special place in my heart.
