This was a very convenient location to get my check engine light checked out at. They were very fast at helping me and the employee who helped ran the code was very polite. He even held the door open for me when we went back inside the store. The code was for a transmission malfunction (which I had a feeling that was the case) and he printed off the information on the code and the maintenance schedule for the miles that my car had. He didnt try to sell me on anything that I didnt need, so I appreciated that (mostly because the car needs a new transmission and thats not a simple auto part fix). I also noticed that there were other employees there who were bilingual which helped their business a lot and broke down languages barriers between employees and customers.

Honestly, it was not a good experience. We went in asking a question about getting adhesive for weatherstripping at the top of our windshield. Their response was "I dont really know... Go see a windshield company about it so you dont damage the body, alright? Ok. Im out of here!" And then he left. The problem is its nothing wrong with our windshield. We just need some glue for our weatherstripping which is starting to come out. It was just not helpful in the slightest and pretty disappointing.

Normally I love AutoZone, its usually my go-to for parts. This trip was a fail...but it also isnt my usual location so I cant say if my one-time experience was the norm here or not. Poked around a bit hoping to find an AN fitting or a Holley carb needle set. Anyone that works on cars should know what both of these are by appearance and name. I was told to try Home Depot. Yeah no.

I purchased a electrical part here. The part was declared defective by a mechanic. The assistant sales manager refused to give me a refund saying they dont guarantee electric parts. The part had a lifetime warantee. I buy from autozone everyother day and will not be back to this location.

Its been a while since I went to AutoZone because there are two other places closer to me but i was very happy to see that this one trip saved me from having to go to three stores. Unlike other AutoZone in the area, they had everything I needed in one store!

Outstanding customer service. Hector C was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although they were pretty busy, he was still willing to help me pick out a battery and even helped me change it out. He was awesome!
