I wanted to let you know about my experience at this store yesterday (10-29-2012). It closed the door before the closing time, I got to the door at 10:49pm and wont let me in. I think it important to note that these experiences are such that I will not shop in this store again, and will think twice before giving business to Autozone in the future. By the door, it said operation hour 7am-11pm, I was got home late in the evening then I working on my wifes car that some guy stopped by and help my wife replacing a flat tire with a spare but unfortunately he broke two stud bolts. As soon as I got to my wifes car and I managed to bring her car home. I got to this place and renting a socket for removing the bearing hub assembly but a service guy gave me the wrong size and I went back to a place at 10:49pm for exchange for new socket of next size up but they wont let me in, because they claimed "computer was shutting down" this is being ridiculous, I was there well over ten minutes before closing but they wont let me in. I mentioned to my wife how disappointing about this place. it was that all they seemed ignore the customers need. Such bad customer service,. In this economy, I would think that a store such as yours would want to increase it’s customer service?. I will not return to such a poorly run store that obviously does not care for it’s customers". If this is the case with me, I am sure it is the case with many others". I am just one that will share this because I certainly would not want that culture in my business.

I wanted a couple studs for alignment during engine assembly. I gave the size and thread pitch to the counter attendant after he asked for the make, year and model of the vehicle, to which he countered that he cant look up what I want without the requested information. Sorry, thats a little inflexible. I explained that its just a threaded stud and surely he could find one for me. Nope, he wouldnt budge. I left and drove down the street to Oreillys. In 3 minutes I was out the door with the requested parts. Apparently the AutoZone "parts" guys dont know how to find the simple parts.

This location made me very angry. I had a faulty part and my local store didnt have another in hand. They called Kearns to verify the part was available and asked them to set it aside. My local store told me to take the fault offset there for the exchange and theyverified that by phone with Kearns. When I arrived they had the part but would not take the faulty part because the packaging was missing. What? The packaging isnt the problem, the crappy part only lasted 3 days! In the end, I traveled back to my local Autozone where they took care of me.

My daughter went to this store to get a computer code read-out for diagnostic test. The store worker got the code, then refused to inform her of the code and/or look up fault. Then he wanted to be payed for this so-called "free" reading. When she refused to pay him, he told her to go to a professional because he didnt know what the code meant..If this is the type of workers you employ there, then we shall never go to Autozone again.. They always honor warranties unlike Oreillys. They are always busy here, so they must be doing something right. You can get an idiot at the parts counter once in a while but it has never hurt my opinion. Keep up the great work and thanks for having a top notch computer history/backup for the thousands of dollars of parts Ive purchased over the years.

The guys who work here are so helpful and helped me get just the right part and didnt push having me get the most expensive one. They gave info and recommended the medium priced part, then let me decide without any pressure.

They have the parts you need! I picked up the wrong part (after ordering ahead online, my fault) and I had no issue exchanging for the correct part, they even helped me look it up and make sure it was the right thing.

Go to a different location. Tried calling this place more than a couple of times always the same. Someone picks up-no one answers or they answer "Hello" and then hang up. Choose a different Autozone.
