I have been to several NAPAs in the valley and have hated to go in there to shop there because of the management and workers. This location is the best I have seen in Salt Lake City area. Nick and Ryan were willing to help me out so quickly. I had bought a bunch of oil on sale a few years back and bought a new truck which takes different oil. The two stores, one in midvale and the other in west jordan refused to swap the oil for a different weight but this location was more than willing to help me out. Now I have the oil I need. Ryan and Nick, thanks and I hope you two get recognized for going above and beyond. I will shop at this location from here on out!

I love napa, there quality is outstanding. they have been able to help me find any part i needed wether they had it or not, and they sell more tools thabn you think. I have been surprised over the years at how many tools and parts they stock. They even have access to specialty tools and some of them have a lifetime warranty. Always check Napa, and just because you have to wait in line a little bit longer sometimes it is the price one has to pay to get great service and parts. Remember just be patiet and they will be willing to help you out all the time.

Every time I call (usually at least once a day) I get put on hold. Every time. The billing is never right, they tell me things are not in stock when its on their shelf when I go in 10 minutes later, and try to say its all your fault. By far the worst service I have ever received from a parts store. Only reason I still use them is because my company uses them nationwide and requires certain things to be purchased there.

Worst experience ever! Husband came in to get some things for his car and they literally didnt want to sell it to my him. When he requested to see it, the guy didnt want to show him. He shouldnt have to convince the guy to sell him a product. Your suppose to help not the opposite. He was so offended that I went back and returned the product. We dont need this kind of service.

The retail employees are okay but Tim Wetterhaus (District Retail Manager) and Mark Griffth (General Manager) are crooks. They have raised prices just to pad their paychecks. They understaff all stores and overwork their managers. If you get poor service now you know why. All thanks to a former employee.

Wait time can get long at times, but employees have been very friendly for the last 3+ years I have been over. Their knowledge is above average, better than some Autozone employees I would say.

Its the distribution point for all the Napa stores in SLC, so they have everything you need and in supply. You can order on line and pick up in the store.
