I came into the store to have a simple check engine scan after I had replaced a couple parts that had gone bad to see why the light was still on, I explained this to the older man with glasses that worked at this autozone so he would have a better understanding of my situation, sadly he didnt care enough to listen to my situation and instead simply proceeded to just tell me to go outside, once I opened the car door and gave him my keys he started to look for the port to connect the scanner, I pointed to where the port was located and again the guy just ignored me and even started looking in the passenger side of the car until I finally had enough and physically pointed and opened the compartment when the port was located only to have him scan it and tell me I needed to replace the parts I just replaced earlier in the day, thats when I realized he just waisted all my time on nothing, you would think that they would at least hire people with some form of automotive knowledge apart from knowing that you have to put gasoline into the gas tank to keep the car running!

I had recently gone to my local auto zone Tempe AZ off of Baseline and was having a terrible day due to my car giving me problems. My car died right in front of the store. I went inside and everyone was very nice and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. I needed an new alternator that was not available at the store and it was 5:30 so all mechanics shop would most likely be closed. Just when I thought all was lost, Franscisco helped me out tramendously! Not only did he give me a ride to another autozone to pick up the alternator, but he helped me find a mechanics shop near by who fixed my car that day! Best service by far! Thank you and I WILL be coming again!

This place it has to be 1 of the top 5 worst places to walk in. Employees are so unwilling to help or sell you anything. ..its so sad that a store like that is run by those people that work there unlike the OReilly down the road those guys are so much better and willing to do anything to get you what you need ...Although I like autozone stores much better I absolutely hate their customer service. .that is why I am going to the other guys...this autozone its not willing to help you ..

This is a well rounded AutoZone, good parts on hand, good service. Nothing amazing, used to be a couple guys in there real sharp but havent seen them in a while. Current staff is still plenty sufficient, just seems like there is always a lot of people in and out of this one that want a years worth of automotive education while you wait in line behind them lol.

The more I go to this specific location the more Im not happy with my service. I needed a specific wire (fusible link wire) and he just told me all his wire is down aisle one. I told him I couldnt find it and he shrugged his shoulders and said the wire should work for anything. So I just walked out from there. I miss the old crew.

Called ahead about a part. They told me they put it on hold. Go there on my lunch break, wait in line only to be told that they actually dont have the part. Wasted my lunch break because some people behind a desk were incompetent and couldnt check to see if the part was there.

Very helpful staff even when theyre getting slammed. I appreciate they will even acknowledge you courteously several times even if they cant help you right away to show youre not forgotten. And when you are serviced they go above and beyond your needs

They are a great location, but some of the staff does not seem to know auto knowledge very well and that can be frustrating, especially when the company advertises that they can diagnose and assist, when they truly cannot.

Had a dead battery, and these folks offered to come out to the hot parking lot to change it out for me. I declined to have them help, but they had the right tools to let me borrow. Nice people, good service.
