This rating is not 100% store fault maybe 70. Corporate 30 store. The way this companys handles lifetime warranty returns is a joke. June 2016 bought a radiator, 11 months later the radiator has a hole. I called the store talked to some guy he told me since I didnt have the receipt they would not warranty it. Went him talked to Chris he was able to help me reprint my receipt. So I bought a new radiator to swap out and bring back to get my money back. If it wasnt for Chris you would have gotten 1 star. You should be able to find my warranty by the number. I mean who keep receipts that long.
