Worst customer service ever! I am very disappointed in the way I was treated not once but twice here. I called when I first got into my wedding planning to see when they usually like to start working with brides. She pretty much laughed me off the phone because it was a silly question and I was told not until like 6 weeks before because prices change and whatever. Well I am about 3 months out from my wedding now and had been told to go to these people for my flower needs. I called them again because my bridal pictures were to be done at the end of July and thought maybe I could do a consultation with them so I knew what I would be charged. Again I was pretty much laughed off the phone saying not to even bother calling them until the end of July because they are in the middle of their Memorial Day plans and a wedding in September is not on their priority list. I will not be taking my business here ever or referring anyone I know here. I have also talked with the people who gave me the refferral and they will no longer be doing business with them either!

If I could give this a negative, I would. We had an arrangement scheduled for delivery today for my mother in laws birthday. It was suppose to be a surprise. After calling over and over, we were constantly told they were on the truck for delivery. After they never showed, we called for the sixth time, and was told the delivery driver was back already. We had to call in to check with my mother in law, which not only ruined the surprise, it still wasnt delivered. I called AGAIN and it turns out, they were delivered to the wrong place. Luckily that kind person walked them to the proper house. The guy who I worked with was very unfriendly and thought this was pretty hilarious. He did offer to personally deliver them. I was satisfied with this. HOWEVER, they were delivered to the wrong address AGAIN! Another complete stranger walked them to my mother and laws house. Not to mention, the flowers looked terrible. Wilted and sad. I would never recommend this floral shop and Ill never use them again.

Two experiences within the last week with Tooele Floral. We ordered roses for a seminary graduation and they were beautiful. Werent ready on time, so they delivered at no extra charge. Two stars for that. Second, I went in to the store to buy flowers for my kids teachers. The phone had been busy all morning. The store is a DISASTER! Not just leaves and dirt. Horribly unkempt to the point that I was uncomfortable being there with my children. Half drank bottles of soda in the fridge with the flowers, garbage piled all over the floor, I could go on. I waited at the counter for five minutes until someone came to help me. That was five minutes too long. No one was on the phone - only one employee so they must just leave it off the hook. Paid $17 for two tiny roses. Will not be going back.

I AM Not Happy at all with the Valentines Day flower arrangement that I paid quite a bit for not roses either due to the wife doesnt care for roses. The Wife WAS not happy she says that it looked like they thru it together with close to dead flowers and weeds. And the delivery service sucked because the person that basically dropped them off and ran, yes I understand that it is a busy day BUT, the other times I have called and ordered they where gorgeous arrangements not just thrown together with weeds and what not. I paid quite a bit for the arrangement and am not happy for a day that a loved one enjoys getting flowers. I am extremely disappointed!!! And now you cant even get thru their phone due to always being busy. Probably with complaints!!

Worst customer service ever is correct! I just called there Im in California my moms birthday is tomorrow I asked for them to charge my card and deliver flowers and a gift card for tomorrow the owner was so mean and rude and claimed that she didnt want to do it because I might be a thief!! Wow why would u assume this and say it how sad!!! I have business in California and a beautiful home and family and just wanted to ensure my mom got a gift on her birthday and she made it into an unpleasant situation!!! Do not use them people its time companies and businesss got hit in the pocket book and maybe then theyd start to Be nicer to potential customers!!!!

I cannot begin to express my appreciation & gratitude for Valerie & Joel. I have not lived in Utah for over 13 years so when in need for a special arrangement they are my go to. I have needed a last minute order or a special treat to be included & they always come through. They go above and beyond for me & my other family members that are no longer in town. One example is they will delivery to a plot at the cemetery. They are just angels! I could go on & on but I will leave it with THANK YOU!!!

I have been using this place exclusively for 5 years now, ever since they provided the flowers for our wedding. Definitely a Mom and Pop shop but Ive never had a complaint about the flowers Ive gotten here.
