NEW UPDATE: The flowers arrived within only an hour or so after talking to Suki and they are gorgeous! They look exactly like the picture and the birthday girl is very happy. I have included a picture of the new flowers below. Thank you so much for replacing the original arrangement. UPDATE: Suki, the owner, contacted me right away and agreed that the arrangement lacked the fullness in the picture. She apologized and said she will be following through with further training for her staff. She is also going to compensate by swapping the arrangement with a new arrangement that is fuller and slightly upgraded. I must say that we are very happy with the results and the excellent customer service. It was clear that Suki is very passionate about great customer service and that is very appreciated. I will update with pictures when the new arrangement has arrived. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered these flowers on behalf of my boss and the rest of my coworkers for one of our coworkers birthday. The flowers were disappointing compared to the picture. After paying $50 plus the tax and the delivery fees (rounding out to $65 and some change) nobody in the office felt like the flowers were worth the money and didnt compare to the ones on the website. I called the company to let them know and I spoke to Matthew (he was very polite and tried to accommodate). I sent the pictures of the flowers that were received along with the picture of what I ordered and I was told that they were the same flowers, but the angle I took the picture of them at was off. I was told the only difference was that the rose colors were off. We were expecting the gorgeous flowers pictured, but thats not what we received so we were offered new flowers that were to be delivered the next day, but they would have to be exchanged with the old ones and would look exactly the same as the old ones. We declined because we arent going to take the birthday girls gift away and replace it with something thats the same quality. Overall everyone was disappointed that the company falsely advertises what they deliver. It may have the same flowers in the vase, but its not as grand as the $50 flowers that were paid for in the picture.

Paradise Valley Florist did all my floral for my wedding day Sunday April 12th 2015! Not only did Suki (the owner) absolutely NAIL the theme I was going for, the entire process was extremely easy and friendly. What is not to love about her though!! She has this amazing British accent, a lovely, clean and professional shop and above that, she is attentive and offered GREAT ideas for my wedding! She didnt fly through our meeting with a few books of past flowers, but instead kept running to her walk in to grab different options to show me, pulled up her Instagram and website to offer ideas and really took the time to understand what I wanted in my wedding. I was looking for a natural, rustic and romantic bouquet. I wanted it to be loose, free and earthy- all of which was executed perfectly. The alter had a TON of eucalyptus and looked like it had been growing on it for years. I loved that she has an Instagram and posted photos of my bouquet and venue on it! She gave great suggestions on what we should do for my centerpieces, which really helped since I am not a huge flower expert. She added succulents into my bouquet perfectly and really made the overall experience for picking flowers FUN and not stressful- which was HUGE!! Suki- you nailed it, you seriously did! I would HIGHLY recommend Paradise Valley Florist for all of your flower needs!! I dont write reviews but felt this was SO VALID in needing to be heard!! :) Thank you Paradise Valley!

Im very picky with flower arrangements having been lucky enough to grow up in Europe where I have to admit they are usually far superior to anything here (or at least here in Phoenix). I discovered PV Florist thanks to Bloomnation and the owner, Suki, has an amazing classic style that I love. Ive used her services at least a handful of times for friends and loved ones and have always gotten positive feedback and most importantly the pleasure of knowing how happy they made that special someone. Definitely recommend her.

I couldnt have been more pleased with the care I received when I placed my order and the quality of the arrangement delivered to my friend. She received many flowers that day, but she remembered the arrangement sent from Paradise Valley and commented on how beautiful they were. I walked in here, last minute, in a hurry, and looking for an arrangement for a co-worker for her birthday. The owner had a pretty arrangement on her table that shed just made for another customer. I said that I wanted something like that and she was able to whip up a similar version for me in just a few moments while I waited. The arrangement was beautiful, the price was reasonable, and the owner was lovely. If I lived near here Id come back for all my arrangements.

I live in NY and used this florist to order flowers for my mom in Scottsdale. I had the best experience and my mom loved the flowers! Amazing customer service. Great local business. Very responsive and went over and above to make sure the flowers got to my moms event as a surprise in time and followed up with me to let me know they were dropped off. Highly recommend. Would use them again in a heart beat!

AMAZING! Suki called me in Utah to ask if she could mix in some additional colors in the arrangement I had made on line. She then emailed me a picture of the arrangement she had created. I am so so excited for my mother in law to receive her arrangement! I order flowers all the time for my business and have NEVER had such great service. She went way above and beyond my expectations.

Nice place for flowers. Went last Mothers day and at the last min. they put something together very quickly that looked as if it took hours to do! A few days ago they helped me pick out something special for a friend in Scottsdale and had it ready for me when I got iff work. Very helpful

They did the flowers for my wedding -- the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets and the boutonnieres -- and they were absolutely gorgeous. And very reasonable in price! And the service was wonderfully friendly and flexible. I would definitely recommend it. :)
