I had high hopes for this shop but was very disappointed. I ordered a 2 red rose pin-on corsage for my granddaughter to wear to prom with a matching boutonniere for her date. I wanted black and silver ribbon on both since their colors were red and black and a red rose on a red shirt wont be seen. Simple order right? Wrong. 1. The clerk first said I should use a white rose (because of the shirt), then told me they dont put ribbon on boutonnieres. I said I didnt care what was usual, we wanted a red rose with black and silver ribbon. 2. She then put the order in as a wrist corsage so I corrected her again and said we wanted a full size pin-on. She fixed the order, gave us a pick up time and we left. When we went to pick them up we were presented with a beautiful boutonniere and a beautiful wrist corsage. I advised the florist we had ordered a full pin on corsage and she said "They dont really use full corsages for proms so they made the wrist one and supplied a couple of pins she could use to pin it on." I then advised the clerk I didnt care what was normal or traditional which is why I ordered a pin on and I was not happy. She didnt seem to care. There was no time to make a new corsage so we accepted the order, but I will never use Phoenix Flower Shops again for any reason.

I ordered my corsage a few days before prom and gave my information. Within those few days, I called to make sure everything was alright. Today, the corsage was supposed to be picked up but couldnt get so I called once again to see if that was okay and they agreed. My friend goes to pick it up and they tell him it wasnt there and they supposedly call me saying it was ready for some reason the day before. My friend even explained that I had called the day to pick it up and basically called him a liar. Very unprofessional place and high disappointed.

I checked online to see their closing time was 6PM and I headed here straight after work (5PM). Turns out they close at 5PM during the summer but it isnt posted online. Most people get out of work around 4 or 5 so Im not sure how Ill be shopping here during the summer.

These girls make the best flower arrangements in Arizona if you dont believe me try another place and see for yourself just how much better this place is they are the best and get a 5 star
