Go elsewhere! Not reliable! Heres my story: When it became so late in the day and I hadnt heard from my Fiance about getting the flowers I ordered from The Tulip Tree, I called them to see if they had been delivered yet (this was around 230pm). The woman I spoke to, told me they had been delivered around 11am. I informed her that the flowers had most certainly NOT been delivered or I would have known about it. She then proceeded to put me on hold. When she came back on the phone, she told me she had made a mistake, and the flowers had not been delivered yet (no kidding!). She then informed me the delivery driver was just "minutes" away and assured me the flowers would be delivered within the next few minutes. Well...an HOUR and a HALF later the flowers arrived...just in time for my fiancee to get them pretty much as she was punching out from work. Then, when my fiancee told me the flowers were wilted, i decided to email Tulip Tree. To address my concerns, they told me they would deliver another order of flowers to my Fiance the next business day. I explained to them that this seemed rather pointless to me, as there would be no "element of surprise" due to the "botched" first delivery. So I kindly asked them for a PARTIAL refund. It has been over a week now, and I havent heard a response to my request. The next business day, my fiance did get another delivery of flowers. They must have simply decided that my request for a PARTIAL refund was "unreasonable". Either that, or they just didnt care at all. I will strongly deter you from doing business with The Tulip Tree. The way any company resolves issues with their customers speaks volumes about their integrity. The Tulip Tree = Sub-par quality and sub-par service.

By far the best looking arrangement ever I called the Tulip Tree to send flowers to my wife for our anniversary; I ordered the two dozen roses around 1 PM to have them delivered to her work which is not too far from the Tulip Tree. By 2:30 PM my wife calls me very excited telling me this was the best looking arrangement by far I have ever sent her. I have been sending her flowers from different flower companies for many years now and this was the first time I sent them from Tulip Tree. It was a big risk for me to take on my anniversary but the quick delivery time and especially the many complements my wife received about the flowers really made the day very special for her. Knowing that my wife had a very special day goes deep with me so, thank you Tulip Tree for that.

We hired the Tulip Tree earlier this month for our wedding and everything turned out beautifully. Judy helped me come up with centerpieces that were sustainable and could be planted again as well as many decoration ideas I had not thought of. My bouquet was stunning, as were the rest of the arrangements. My mother-in-law and aunt needed last-minute arrangements to add to the venue and Tulip Tree was able to help out and come through. I called from Southern California to order flowers for my sisters birthday and talked to Sandy who helped me customize an arrangement that I saw on their website. Having had not so great experiences trying to do it from another state, I felt like my ideas were heard and I am thrilled with the photos my sister sent! To me, the pale hydrangeas & orange spray roses were fine, but I wanted some extra colors and some different textures. Wow, they added some yellow roses, pink roses, gold/orange & pink alstroemeria, green hydrangea...anyway, Thank you Tulip Tree!

I have used the tulip tree for years. Their service is always outstanding and their flowers seem to stay fresher longer. I quit using those 800 services a long time ago after having several gifts show up looking different than I expected. You get what you pay for and then some with the tulip tree. I would highly recommend them.
