I wanted something unique for a funeral and, after reading the Google reviews, decided to order from The Flower Shop. I gave them a budget and general idea (white, dramatic) and asked for a photo when it was done. Not only did they text me the photo, but also texted me the GPS of the drop-off and confirmed they had dropped off at the appropriate time. The flowers were beautiful and unique. It was nice to have something "different" than the traditional funeral bouquet. I love being able to tell a florist to "do what they do best" and let them create. Im glad to add The Flower Shop to my list!

I usually frequent the other local flower shop. However, the phone was engaged for 2 hours solid. So I phoned this business instead. Person answering phone was polite and helpful. I placed an order for one corsage for prom. I was informed that they could deliver for no extra charge. The corsage was made of orchids, with ribbon to match the gown. Owner added matching ribbon the morning of delivery by special request. Flowers are very fresh and perky. I will be using their services in future for all our flower needs. Excellent quality and customer service. Great value for money.

I needed a large flower arrangement on short notice, with a special request for certain colors, glitter, and a bunny, delivered the same day. I was treated so kindly. Since I am out of state I received a text with a picture of the finished arrangement before delivery, and a phone call while it was being made to describe the plush bunny. All of this was finished and delivered in only an hour and a half. I am so very pleased. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted, and customer service was some of the best Ive received. I will definitely use them again!

Very upset...... I sent my wife 3 dozen red pink and white roses and asked to make it big and beautiful. She been thro alot lately....And when I got home I was very upset with what they delivered very... she had pink red and yellow and some random tall sticks that looked terrible and some terrible random ribbon tied to a branch not even same color as what I wanted. She even was like why sticks they looked so bad. And than all the flowers were cut the same size so u couldnt see all them so my wife had to re cut and re arrange them. Not very satisfied at all.

Excellent Service! I ordered right before three and the flowers where at my friends house within the hour! My friend sent me a picture and the flowers and they were beautiful! Also! One of her (my friends) little boys was upset because the flowers were for his sister. So the florist went BACK to their house with a little thing of flowers and some chocolates to make him feel better. What a big heart! That makes me so happy. :) I definitely recommend The Flower Shop and will be using them again for sure!! Thank You Flower Shop!! You rock!!

I couldnt be happier with how accommodating and kind Julianne was in meeting my request. I have a granddaughter who has been quite ill and I am too far away from her to give hugs. After Julianne learned of the situation, she immediately put together the perfect "Get Well" balloon bouquet along with a wonderful, cuddly teddy bear. Then, delivered it quickly. The message I received from my daughter-in-law says it all: "Just got your delivery! It made her day or maybe month!!! Thank you! " If I could give ten stars I would!

Hands down, one of the greatest experiences I have had with a long distance floral shop EVER. The owner was incredibly gracious and created an arrangement that exceeded my expectations. She delivered as promised and did not disappoint. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement and confirmation of delivery! I am beyond impressed and would recommend this shop to anyone. I work in slc as a dispatcher. My family is I tooele and my mom is currently experiencing a hard time. I had a technician in the area, so I asked him to take her flowers. He found this shop online. I ordered some flowers for a funeral service on Tues for early Friday morning and The Flower Shop assured me they would make sure it got to the right place before the service. The picture of the flowers were emailed to me at 7:30 am with a follow up call telling me they were delivered. I really appreciated her follow through and creativity. The flowers were beautiful and conveyed our sympathy.

Is funny how everyone is posting how efficient this place is. I leave in Idaho so wanted to send flowers to my nice on her birthday, but when I called them to place an order (deliver) I was told "no sorry we cant do that today" not very pleasant lady, she did not even give me the reason why she couldnt do it that day. And I wasn’t even going to spend my time asking them either.

Called last minute for a flower arrangement for a funeral. Owner did a beautiful job on the arrangement! And she didnt complain about it being last minute & included the color of flowers I requested, even though she didnt think she had them in stock. She also sent me pictures of the finished bouquet since I was ordering from out of town. Great customer service! Thank you!!

LOVE this Little Shop. I called 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night, needing flowers for a funeral we couldnt attend on Sat. Morning. The gal said" Sure, we will represent you with flowers!"
