Terrible experience! Save your money and purchase somewhere else! My boyfriend was trying to surprise me with some flowers on Friday, April 3rd, before I went to work at 5 p.m and they never arrived. He ordered early in the morning that day and the website states that they make same day deliveries as long as theyre ordered before noon. He called and spoke with Michelle who assured they would arrive before 5 p.m and also to leave his apartment number as well which the lady says she will notate. The flowers never arrived. He called the next morning to check to see what had happened and if they could be delivered, as he stepped out for some groceries, hoping they would arrive while he was out... Still no sign of them. At this point hes starting to get upset, as he wanted it to be a surprise. He calls her several times and each time his phone calls are ignored. Completely unproffesional! After hes called several times, he uses my phone unnoticed by me, to call her to see if shell answer a different number. Still no answer. I finally receive a call back from a New York number, which I dont answer because its out of state. She leaves a message saying shes from blooming day florals and needs my apartment number. During this time my boyfriend had called her numerous times, all of which she ignored, so he left a message saying he wanted a refund and to forget it. He proceeded to drive to the floral shop to cancel his order and to get his money back but she already beat him to the front office of my apartment after his message was received. What a way to spoil a surprise! He just wanted to surprise me with my favorite flowers, on our first Easter as a family, with our 6 month old baby girl. The whole point of getting flowers delivered is for the surprise, if he had known she was going to call me and tell me I was getting flowers, he would have gone and purchased them himself! Shame on you blooming day flowers for such poor customer service and lack of delivering what you promised!

My husband ordered flowers from here for our 10th wedding anniversary this past weekend. It was suppose to be a surprise, upon arrival the flowers they delivered were broken. The arrangement was a mix of long stem roses, baby roses and tulips. Right off the bat you can tell the baby roses were old. What upsets me the most was seeing my husband saddened and apologizing to me about the flowers he had given me which the baby roses didnt last a day. He tried to contact them every way possible and no response. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Mind you, my family has been in the floral business for over 30 years in Ca. so i do know my flowers and know about customer service. Next time, id much rather have my husband get me flowers from Frys and Ill arrange them myself.

I have bought and had flowers delivered twice from here. The first time I got a beautiful arrangement and the party who received it loved it. The second time was absolutely horrible! The arrangement looked NOTHING like it did on the website and was a total waste of $100 bucks! The worst part about it is Ive been trying to contact them for over 8 months to get a refund and they use the same excuse every time. "Only the owner can issue refunds, and she isnt here until its busy season, or shes on vacation" and every time they take my number down and claim she will call back and never does! Money hungry business, absolutely terrible customer service, and I will NEVER use them again!

Worst customer service in the world. I have waited over a week to hear back from them about the flowers I purchased on Valentines day. I order a dozen roses and a box of chocolate. I got 10 roses and spoke with the associate Michelle about how we can fix this. She told me they were busy and would get back with me tomorrow. It now has been over a week and no answer on the phone or any response. My mistake for not reading reviews. I guess you have to go in person to get something figured out. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this business.

They said they tried to deliver the flowers but couldnt (there were 2 people home all day), no one came to the door. The voicemail said to call to arrange delivery. She called the same afternoon. They said closed at noon even though the website said 2:00 pm. I also called. They never went back to deliver the flowers over the next 2 days. I called the online number that took the order (not that florist) and eventually got a refund. They also never called either of us back.

I ordered an arrangement for delivery on the 18th of March. I called on the 19th, they said they would look into it and call me back. They did not. I emailed later on the 19th and they finally responded. After a bit they offered to upgrade my purchase and get it delivered still on the night of the 19th. It took a while, but they finally did and the arrangement was pretty. Thank you for taking care of it.

No stars would be the best rating. DONT USE this company! Paid for upgraded arrangement with helium balloon. The arrangement was sad and the balloon arrived with NO helium. The 100% satisfaction guarantee means nothing as they will not respond at all after the purchase.

I ordered the flowers over the phone. They where delivered within 30 min. I didnt see them but my wife told me it was the prettiest bouquet she has ever see. I will return again.
