Beautiful, artistically designed flower arrangements which are sure to delight your loved one! They arrived fresh & thoughtfully presented every time. The staff is very considerate & helped me select just the right bouquet. First, I ordered the dozen red roses, which were abolutely stunning. Then a cheerful yellow birthday bouquet which was just the right size & design (Id asked for a slightly smaller arrangement & it was perfect.) Lastly, on Mothers Day, I asked for "something pink" & sure enough, a lovely arrangement of mixed pink flowers in a beautiful pink vase arrived, eliciting oohs and ahhs and lots of admiration from the other elderly mothers in my moms assisted living home. Mom felt very special and loved & Im thankful to the nice folks at Lakeside Florist for making that happen!

I needed a wrist corsage for my daughter. I completely spaced on ordering one ahead of time. After driving to 4 different stores I had given up hope of getting her one. I googled florists and this came up. I called and was told sure I can do it by end of day! I went in to see what they had and the 2 women were so nice and helpful, they even made it for me right then and there! I cannot say how grateful and pleased I was! They even matched the ribbon to her dress! She LOVED it! I am now a lifelong customer of Lakeside! Thank you!

I called several florists in town who required a minimum order of $50 (some a lil less.) I explained my budget due to ordering several arrangements for Mothers Day in several states. Sara, (Sarah) the manager, was willing to comply with my budget even though they also had a minimum charge. I appreciate her willingness to provide ah-maaazing customer service rather than worrying about the bottom line of a minimum order. Thank you for being extremely kind. People like you make the world go round!

For $25 plus tax I received 3 carnations (red, white, peach), mums and a vase! Diane who owns the place was annoyed and irritated. I had to ask her twice to walk up to the counter to talk to me! The front assistant did her best to accomodate. I would have been better off going to Trader Joes for the price I paid. I do my best to support small businesses but this one is not worth the effort. Please dont waste your money or time as everything in there is tripled priced!

I just got flowers from my daughter in California. They were from Lakeside Florist In Sun City West , Az you could have bought the flowers from Safeway for $14.99. Lakeside charged my daughter $50.00 and $10.00 delivery . When my daughter complained the owner said then Ill just pick them up and she did. Not only did she try to snowball me but my daughter as well. Not only were the flower awful she was nasty. Save yourself time and money do not deal will this business.

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered flowers for my Mother-in-laws birthday. I saw a specific add in the shops brochure, called, and asked for that item. I was told they did not have one of the flower selections but they would prepare something almost identical (color arrangement) for the listed price. What was sent did not resemble the item I wanted. I was very disappointed. I will never use Lakeside Florists again.

I called to order a Mothers Day corsage for my Mom. I was calling from another state and needed help placing my order. The lady I talked to was not well informed and finally put another lady on who was very disinterested. The prices were very high and they werent accommodating at all. They were too busy to help me so I cancelled my order. I found a florist that was so helpful and my Mom was thrilled with the corsage.

This place was amazing. Im in Alaska, and it was my moms birthday. I had no clue what shop to go to for some decent flowers. I had to trust the internet. The ladies were amazing at making an amazing batch of tiger lilies and roses. I couldnt have done a better job myself. Ever. haha. They got to my mom on time and she was just so excited and shocked to receive such beautiful flowers.=)=) Im a life long customer now!

Terrible customer service.. She told me I was wrong that their website doesnt say SAME DAY DELIVERY, but it does.. Check it out now.. Then I point out where it is and she lashes out on me.. Way to go.. Lost a new customer.. Horrible...
