Based on my brief experience with this florist, Im avoiding them in the future and would advise others to do the same. I placed an order on Oct. 31 to be delivered on Nov. 1 (to a location less than half a mile away, mind you). The flowers werent delivered, I wasnt contacted that they werent delivered and there was no note on the door to indicate a delivery was attempted. I called to inquire why and while they were extremely apologetic, they made no attempt to compensate me for their failure to deliver. No waved delivery fee, no half-off next arrangement, nothing like that. I told them I thought this was poor customer service and that theyd lost a customer, only to receive a sarcastic "Im VERY sorry weve lost your business." Well, scratch this place off the list.

I brought some of my own flowers into the store and asked if I could add them into a ready made bouquet from them. It was a bit awkward but the man was nice and offered to add them in for me. A woman on the side kind of disapproved but the man was nice and professional about it. He even put my glass flower bouquet vase in a wider paper box with color tissue paper in it for my car drive to my wifes work. It was awesome of him to be so thoughtful. I know flowers can be expensive and some of us try to save on cost and it was nice that this man did not discriminate against someone more frugal like me. It was still expensive for me but the best deal I could find for something nice for my wife on VD 2015. I was really happy with that florists professionalism and class.

Wow! Talk about the power of Yelp. My daughter celebrated her birthday and I needed to send flowers. I left it a little later than I should have and googled Phoenix, AZ florists. Flowers by Richard came up first in search and the five star rating was reassuring, to say the least.I called and ordered and gave them the wrong address. I got a call from the florist trying to track her down. They did and she was thrilled with the flowers. Service like that is so rare nowadays.

This florist couldnt have been more helpful, I asked for a delivery at 2pm the same day. The person who answered the phone was so accomodating, she immediately got in contact with her driver that was out on delivery and asked if they would be back in time to make one more delivery. They were able to help me out on short notice, very kind and considerate. Would absolutely do business again with them....in this day customer service is EVERYTHING, and they deliver.

I ordered a bouquet of pink flowers with green hydrangea for a co-worker who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. My only request was that it be pink, and there be no lillies. When I saw the bouquet in my co-workers office, it was filled with lillies, was not pink, and was aesthetically unappealing. I called the florist to make sure they had not sent the wrong bouquet, but they confirmed that it was the right bouquet. Will not be using them again.

Community Florist Ltd. has lovely customer service. I ordered something the day before I needed it delivered and the salesperson was so helpful knowledgeable and kind. I got exactly want I wanted and it was really beautiful. I received an order confirmation email and a delivery confirmation email. It was a wonderful experience all around. I spent $55 on the FTD® Season of Love Bouquet and it was a joke. I had it delivered to my wife at work and she came home with a pathetic arrangement of wilted tulips and torn stems/leaves. I expected much more for the price; I guess thats what I get for trying to go directly through a flower shop vs a 1-800 service.

Flowers were sent to the wrong office suite (despite the correct number listed twice on the order) and were not the correct color. Color and description referred to them as purple but the bouquet sent was a mix of pale blue and pink flowers. Was disappointed in what was sent, especially given the price.

I was really pleased with the customer service at this place. I called to have flowers sent to my friend for passing the bar exam. They let me use the yelp deal online and were so accommodating and easy to talk to on the phone! I wish they were located in Phoenix, AZ!
