Went into the shop to buy the wife some flowers. They had two arrangements and one was sold, so they said they would make one and asked what my price range was. I told them $40-50. They never asked me what I wanted made or what colors, they just made one. I assumed they would make a great one and all would be well. With fall here, the lady made a boquet of pink roses, red, purple and while flowers. It looks awful. She charged me $55 for a horribly looking boquet that my 10 year old could do better. Will never go here again.

So I call to see how far in advance that you would need to place an order for a corsage and Boutonnière and what flowers they had to choose from.. she was annoyed that I would need them in 3 days. So she makes that very clear to me and then tells me I need to call and find out what flowers they have AS IM ON THE PHONE WITH HER ASKING!! makes sense right!! So shes annoyed that I need it when I do but now you want me to call back at a later time and give u even less time to make them

Flower appeared to be beautiful but the shop was dirty & smelled like mold. The young lady at the desk was friendly but the manager in the back was snappy and nasty directly to the young lady at the desk and to me the would have been customer. They appear to not be able to handle high volume times. Phoenix Flower Shop had no problem accommodating my order with friendly service & assistance. Will never return to this shop.

I called them over an hour ago to have flowers delivered to my sister. I got their voicemail that said if I was calling during their normal business hours (I was), they were busy with another customer and would call me back. I got tired of waiting so I called Thompsons Flower Shop and they helped me right away.

Awful florist,. She told me to call her back after she check on the flowers and after waiting for 10 minutes i call the shop again but no one answer. Tried several times until someone answers but hangup right away. If you have that kind of attitude, its better to close your shop!!!! Fix your self!

I stopped by last minute for a prom gifts to my girlfriend and Cynthia really did everything she could to help me get the best flowers I could for my date even on such a late notice. I definitely will be coming back, the best customer care Ive had in years. Thank you Cynthia for all your help.

Love love love They work with you and your budget. I have gone several times. Always smells like flowers. The women who is always there is always helpful and very understanding. I highly recommend this mom and pop shop.
