On Jan. 14,2015 I went to English Garden to confirm an order for a funeral on Jan. 15 where I learned the order had not been placed. Dave, the owner was out of town so Rainey took care of me. Not only was my wreath so outstanding and drop dead beautiful, the live peace lily plants (4) were outstanding. English Garden is located on Maryland Parkway and Flamingo and since 1992 have served my pastor, Rev. Tom Adams, Jr.. my boss, Attorney Robert Alan Jones, RIP and my family with world class flowers and plants. Dave has 100 different orchids in his business and many tropical flowers. I read the great reviews but ended up very disappointed. My daughter recently moved to Las Vegas. I wanted to send her flowers for her BDay like I always have. I called 2 days in advance to place the local delivery order. A week AFTER her BDay, she called me. She said this florist had called her and said they forgot to deliver and just realized the arrangement was left on their counter for the delivery driver that never picked up. They told her they were sorry and said they would upgrade for the hassle. (this ended up being a balloon) She asked them to call me (her dad) and explain what happened. They never did. Lots of options for flowers in Vegas. STAY AWAY!!!

If you need flowers, come here!! English Garden Florist did an amazing job when I needed them. My girlfriend is a flight attendant and I needed an arrangement last minute before she got to her hotel. They were super accommodating and gave me exactly what I needed.....actually....they exceeded my expectations!!! My girlfriend cried when she received them, and even carried them all the way home on the plane!! (She blocked off a bathroom to keep them cold). Ill definitely be using them again. The woman who initially took my order was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She was professional and also shared in my enthusiasm about the order. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! My overall experience was very good. However, it would be nice if they added a follow up call to confirm the time the flowers were delivered as a courtesy to the customer. I will definitely be using their services again.

I went in with a budget trying to get bouquets for the teachers who had volunteered their time for an elementary school play. Ashlynn (not sure on the spelling) helped me figure out an arrangement that looked simple and elegant but didnt break the bank.
