Received flowers this weekend that were not what was ordered. When the shop was contacted about the error they told us it was because the designer was new and offered a 20% discount on a future order. Really? Future order? What about the $70 that was spent on this order? The flowers received were nothing at all like the ones ordered and in fact, they were all dead within 24 hours. We have had better work from this shop in the past, but if your designer creates the wrong arrangement, take responsibility and either replace with the correct order or issue a refund. Or how about a credit in the store EQUAL to the amount spent on the dead flowers? Imagine if you ordered food and they brought you something completely different from what you ordered and when you complained they offered you 20% off your next visit, then blamed the cook for not looking at the ticket? Seriously????

WOW! Talk about talent, This floral shop has an extensive amount of talent and good nature. I highly recommend them as the premier floral arranger in the area. Affordable, nice and really good people. Im glad to see they moved into a bigger shop. If in need of a floral piece for any occasion, call on them. I promise you wont regret it. They "DO" go the extra mile, and charge the price that flowers are worth, not like some other Goodyear location that is way overpriced and that sells them out of a back room at a funeral home. Wow! What great customer service! Im "hard" to deal with (so Im told) and Lori who seemed to be in her early 20s exceeded the standard of customer service, with her patience & attention. Despite, internet issues, & my indecision, she was exemplary! Even, after I called back and to see why my "after" 1:30 delivery wasnt delivered @ 1:30. She, never once corrected me or made me feel like I was wrong ( I was )! When, they say, your employees define you. Lori, is who theyre talking about! Id give her a 5+ & a raise! Just wow!

What a wonderful company! I called them a just a few hours before my sons homecoming dance desperately needing a corsage and boutonnière and they came through for us. What they created was simply beautiful and the person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly sweet and personable and treated us so professionally. I will definitely use Glorious Flowers again!!

Customer service was great. The person helping was very friendly and polite. The only thing that I didnt like was that the flowers in the arrangement didnt seem fresh. Specially the pink roses. Most of the lillies were closed which can be understandable but when you see old roses it kills the mood. Its the third day and half of the roses are dead.

I ordered a large spring arrangement for my sisters birthday to be delivered on March 9th. I asked for "sherbet" colors and this is what was created. It so exceeded my expectations that I called right away to compliment the florist on her superior work. Thanks so much- I will be happy to order from Glorious Flowers again. Outstanding job!

Store hours are not whats posted on their site. Went to pick up at 3:20,sadly to find they closed early not at 4:00. No flowers for my birthday.
