First let me say my experience was fantastic! Being from out of state and having to find a floral shop by internet is anxiety producing. Having called a number of places trying to find one that delivers to Surprise AZ, I finally found this one. Spoke with Dawn, who helped me with my order: 60 deep pink roses to be delivered in 2 days. She recommended the "Pink Floyd" rose (a favorite band of mine to boot!) which was a deep, hot pink, with a large head and tall stems. Although she couldnt direct me to the exact item, she showed me a flower on their site that was the exact shade I was looking for. Perfect! Dawn was very patient in calming my reservations, from the size and color of the rose to the vessel that would hold them. She assured me that their standards are high and I would not be disappointed. I asked if she could text me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it, and she had no hesitation in doing so - sending 2 pictures to my phone. I also asked if I could be given a window of time as to when they would be delivered, so I could let people (other than the recipient) know when to expect them and make sure the recipient was there, and Dawn said she could call me either the the day before or early on the day of delivery (I dont remember which it was) and let me know - which she did, and I was able to give advance notice of the delivery window. That is and was extremely helpful and Dawn accommodated me without hesitation. The person received them and stated they were stunning - also sending me pictures. The huge, heavy, clear glass vase held the 5 dozen roses very well. Very simple and classic. As Id read reviews of other florists indicating their flowers didnt hold up well, I asked the recipient to let me know after about 5 days how this arrangement was doing. At day 9 it was reported that all the roses were doing very well, and JUST starting to "nod" their heads. We were both very impressed by this, as it meant the flowers were very fresh and so lasted longer than might be expected. I also must say that the price charged was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a relatively exorbitant price, feeling gouged, and not wanting to return or recommend them. That certainly was not the case. I feel the price charged was agreeable and reasonable, and considering the circumstances - beautiful roses and arrangement in a hefty (not flimsy or cheap) vase, with flowers lasting 9 days, pictures texted to me and informing me of a delivery window - well worth it. I would recommend this florist, and employee Dawn!, to anyone considering using them. Both the recipient and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. If I, or anyone I know, would need to use their services again, I would have no hesitation in using Sun City Florists on N Del Webb Blvd in Sun City AZ. Congrats to them for having high standards and reasonable prices!!

I would like to thank Sun City Florists for doing a wonderful job on my wedding flowers! They made my wedding picture perfect. I chose this florist due to its rapport and being the only florist physically located in Sun City. They were able to deliver to my venue, which was located in Phoenix on a Saturday morning. They matched my colors perfectly! I was referred to them by my friend, who also chose them for her wedding a few years ago. They did an exceptional job listening to my specific floral needs during my consultation and throughout the entire visit. I kept in touch with them throughout my wedding planning process and they were amazing! Thank you to Wanda, Janyce, and the entire floral team! YOU DID A PHENOMENAL JOB!

My husband ordered flowers at 4am through Proflowers express. He paid for same day delivery by 1pm. I received a phone call at 4:10pm (3 hours after the promised time of 1pm) from Sun City Florists asking if someone would be home for a delivery. I returned the call shortly after and was told that we live too far away so they wouldnt deliver the flowers today, it would have to be tomorrow. Apparently they only deliver to Peoria when they feel like it. Needless to say, I told them to just cancel my order if they couldnt be bothered to deliver it as promised.

Last minute on a Friday night when Stan was getting ready to close up shop I called in with a need for flowers to be delivered that night to the hospital. He explained to me in detail an elegant bouquet that he would go out of his way to deliver to my friend even though he was supposed to be heading home to his own family. 5 stars for the best customer service Ive ever received from a flower shop! I cant thank him enough for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers!

I called this shop 15m before closing the day before the Fourth of July asking if they could send my mom get well flowers the next day. They were closed the next day bc of the holiday but the woman that answered the phone asked if they could deliver that night. I was so thankful because my mom was in the hospital and had had a rough recovery. The owner of the shop picked out a wonderful assortment of flowers and it certainly brightened my moms day! Thanks to this shop. They were/are amazing!!

Great first experience with this place. I ordered online and they delivered a beautiful plant right away on Christmas Eve morning. Was a bit different than pictured but in a good way - more elaborately decorated with tasteful ornaments to match the occasion and recipient I had indicated. I was going to use a Sun City West florist, but this one was able to deliver on a holiday with short notice. Many thanks for the good service.

Jessica was very helpful, and made sure the flowers I ordered for my daughter were nice. I live in Utah, so it was important to me to find a florist I could count on to make this gesture sentimental. The flower arrangement was delivered to my seventh grader at school, and it definantly made her day. I appreciate Jessica and the others for doing a great job. The only florist we will need for future orders in AZ. Thank you!

Wonderful customer service over the phone. I had a family member in the hospital and was calling long distance from another state to check an online order I had placed. The woman was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone living in Az.

ordered flowers at 8a.m and they arrived before 11. The person i spoke to was great on the phone and the arrangement was beautiful. Will definitely use them again. I was even outside their normal delivery zone and they accommodated me.
