Needed a simple battery contact. Interacted with a total of 3 people. The first was a lady who wasnt interested in helping (they were closing in an hour) and told me to come back tomorrow. The next day I talked to someone who at least appeared to know what he was doing. Turns out he sold me the wrong part for the contact, though (didnt ask a lot of questions about what I was trying to do). When I went back to return it, a third guy stared blankly at a wall for 10 minutes before going "I dont know this is all we have" and suggested I try coming back tomorrow when more employees were there. I asked when my card would be refunded for the return, he didnt know. I was in and out of oreilly up the street in 5 minutes with what I needed, and the prices were better anyway. (If you need a battery, by the way, DONT buy from AutoZone. Walmart or Batteries Plus Bulbs will have much better prices)

Autozone in South Jordan rocks...went in looking for something to get rid of the hard water stains on the windshield (making it so hard to see). Guy at counter (Corey) said they dont have any product for hard water stains but came out and buffed out the stains with glass cleaner. Now thats customer service!

This location and the people who work in it are absolutely awesome! I went in on a whim one day and I have found my forever Autozone! They are all about the customer and thats very hard to find these days, especially in an auto parts store. I would drive out of my way to go to this location any day!

AutoZone is a hit and miss store for me. Their pricing was rather high, if they even had the part. OBD reads are free but they use a very flimsy looking device instead of a nicer more robust device. OBD readings also are tracked and stored by the company.

5-star experience. Not only did the tech help me find an alternative part when the exact one I was looking for was out of stock, but then when I was having difficulty installing it he came out and helped me put it on. He was helpful, kind, and great.

Spent my fair share of time in and out of this location while trying to diagnose what turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. The staff helped me find the parts I was looking for and even upon the fifth visit in two weeks were friendly with me.

Incredible service. Very helpful advice on which part to buy, but not a hard sale. Even came out and helped me replace the lights. Good, honest people who know what they are doing. Would absolutely go again.
