I spent over $600.00 on parts for my car and wanted to return an oil filter they refused to return it telling me "it smelled like it was used" SERIOUSLY?!!? It wasnt dirty, never removed from the box (except by a staff member to smell it) no oil on the rubber gasket, no oily finger prints on the filter or box.... I couldnt believe these people! Im not an idiot I know if my licensed mechanic used the darn filter or not. I felt they insulted my intelligence because Im a female! Ladies I wouldnt go back to this particular Auto Zone if they paid me! Btw I had my receipt too!

Older man who was my cashier treated me like I was a thief for trying to return a set of license plate bolts worth a whooping $3.99. I was also trying to purchase the right kind at the same time, and he was very rude about it. I understand that store policy is what it is, but employees should be able to be a little more accommodating. I never really like auto zone anyway, there is an OReilly just up the road that treats its customers far better

As with any AutoZone the people who work here are very helpful and you can exchange things purchased at AutoZone across the United States. The people who work here are extremely helpful and have actually come out to my car to help me do things in the past. They also have tools that they will loan you.

Never come here, they take FOREVER to check out here, employees are always disorganized and busy doing random tasks, managers are hard to find, and I have never waited less than five minutes in line, usually 5-15 minutes. I am not one to complain about things, but it is consistently slow here.

Apparently the gentleman who is "not one to complain " has never worked where you were required to do more than stand at the register These guys do the stocking, battery testing ,etc.etc. May be you should have someone .shop for you so that it would not be so difficult!

I needed oil.... they got my special oil. They also have competitively priced snickers and their refreshments are always the coldest in the front. They also let me buy things that my dealership recommended I buy from them because thier special.

Ive always liked Auto Zone. The employees are very helpful and will call other stores in the area quickly if they are out of stock. They will also help you in the parking lot with batteries, wiper blades, or CEL readings.
