Stopped by 10 minutes after close, and was asking about which fuel injector cleaner to buy as a potential solution to a car problem Im having. The autozone rep researched the engine code error on online forums, explained more about it and how fuel injector cleaner probably wont help and what to have the repair shop do. He didnt care about selling us anything. When we were pulling out, he came running out and said he read more online and gave us some more info to give to the repairman. EXCELLENT customer service. Will come back for all my car needs!!!

I bought a battery last year that came with a 3 year warranty. They had trouble finding my Warranty information. The manager, Stephanie was very rude and has a generally bad attititude. She had no patience at all first finding the information and explaining the terms of the Warranty. I shop at Autozone frequently and was appaled at the bad service I received.

Customer service was quite slow. I waited 25 minutes to exchange one item and buy another. With 4 people behind the counter and 3 customers at bay, there should be no excuse. Products purchase were decent and what I needed.

Walked in, made eye contact. "Hey, can you tell me where the fuel injector cleaner is?" The guy points off somewhere and says "Why dont you try actually looking next time?" Turned around & walked out in disgust.
