Bad service. Went in to have battery checked out and was told I would get a call back. That never happened. Call them once and was put on hold for ten minutes. Called back and they answered "Whos this" instead of "Thank you for calling Auto Zone." Not to mention when I walked in the manager was talking to an employee about his behavior with an irate customer. They apparently got in a confrontation and were cursing each other out. Im sure the employee helping the customer out front was a good one but overall poor management. Good thing is Oriellys was down the street to take care of my needs.

Lost an alternator on the way in from tucson. Guy behind the counter changed out the wrong battery on warrenty because he was to busy to check what car it was since I have mutiple cars that I buy parts for here. Got the battery on charge and went to change out the alternator. Whey didnt have the tools to do it so I had to buy a set. Waited in line for 40 min to purchase a wrench set. Their serpentine belt puller was broken so had to use one of the wrenches that I bought to remove the belt. What should have been a quick 30 min job took 2.5 hrs. Wont go back to this one.

The worse place to go to buy stuff for youre car they dont know nothing my husband asked them what kind of transmission fluid goes in my car and they gave us the wrong kind they could of ruined mt transmission I had to take it to the dealership and they had to clean it out and put the correct transmission fluid

Every time i go to this store they always welcome me by my name. They are very helpful juan the store manager and jonathan his assistant are very knowledgeable people and also fast at problem solving. They can get parts to the store quickly if they dont have them in stock.
