As a single woman I am always worried that I will be taken advantage of when I have questions or concerns about my car. A few weeks ago I started having issues with the car starting before I took it to a mechanic I stopped by Napa to see if they had an idea of what could be wrong. I am so glad I did! A very helpful and kind employee came out to my car listened as I started the ignition and knew right away that it was the battery. He tested the battery and he was right! The battery needed to be replaced. I purchased the battery from him and he must have been able to tell I had no idea what to do with it because he offered to install it for me. I am so thankful that I stopped into Napa that day and grateful for Heaths assistance.

Across the street is the Napa Auto Care Center which is associated with Napa Auto Parts, my car wouldnt start right next to the store and I asked the machanic if he could jump my car since its a place where they help people with motor vehicles. He then proceeded to tell me he cant be nice all the time because people steal his jumper cables and walked away. You guys are assholes

there day to day tasks than helping customers. I had to wait to finish checking out when someone called to see if a part was available the staff member left me for several minutes and other staff never offered any help even tho they werent doing anything.
