The managers saw fit to hire this wonderful gorgeous woman named mishelle. She quite honestly makes my day every time Im lucky enough to come in while shes working. The drinks and slurpees are on point most the time. Other than her though the staff can be rough to interact with. Thankgof for that beautiful girl or if just wait till I got closer to work where theres another convenience store. Like I said she makes for a very welcoming and pleasant start and end to my day and others around her

They sold me some faulty faulty parts that didnt work and I ended losing a lot of money because of it. The mechanic that put it I. Charged me extra to get it removed. Then Auto zone didnt want to reimburse me for the parts and the damages. It took a few months to get my money back for the parts and then a few more months for the damages. In the end they only kicked $40 my way for damages that were above $500. Check your parts before you buy.

Ive been to many an autopart store and many an autozone but the people that work here are some of the most pleasant, friendly and helpful people Ive delt with. Im not a professional mechanic so I dont always know the correct names for parts or know exactly what part it is. But they are always good to guess and educate me on the name of the part and how it works with the reset of my car.

Service was horrible. I waited for 10+ minutes. I did not get acknowledged. While I was waiting, the phone rang 2 whole cycles without getting picked up. I already knew what I wanted. It took 1 minute to pick out the part and purchase, after I knew where it was. Its not often I go to autozone. Every experience at this store over the years reminds me why I go elsewhere.

This is my parts store. They havent disappointed me in the time I have been going there. Occasionally they have a price higher than the others but if you shop here youll save overall. The website is excellent and I can order stuff right to my store online and pick it up. If this store was a person Id kiss it full on the mouth!

I took quite a bit of time to pay for my items at this location. I waited in an unusually long line in the afternoon and there were several other employees roaming the store (not with guests) that I thought couldve helped cut down the checkout process. But maybe Im wrong. Clean store, though!

First time I came here the service was great, which is why I came back to this location. Huge disappointment this time. Service was so bad, I wasted 100% of my time. The man who helped was visibly annoyed and rude. Didnt even want to help me and gave no advice at all. Never coming back.

Best auto zone in the state! Worked with Mike & David on a short notice late at night of the front light on my gmc, needed to be replaced, went in & it was done in less than 20 min! Thank you! I appreciate the service I got here! Recommend you come to these two here in Sandy.

These guys are great, super friendly and helpful. They dont try to up sale you, reasonable prices, and they even found me a deal on a better oil filter that was on sale and saved me a couple bucks!!! Ill definitely be coming back next time I need parts.

Saturdays and some weekday evenings can be busy, but otherwise theyre rather quick. Couple of the older guys are a little slow with the computers, but they make up for it with friendly customer service.
