Im in the process of fixing an order that never reached me - I believe them in that USPS messed up somewhere. But their customer service is unbelievably rude. They managed to do ok the first time when I emailed, in that they said theyd get back to me. Subsequent emails went unanswered. Then two phone calls were not handled well. On the first call I was put on hold and no one picked up the call. Second call, they said theyd call me back so I provided my number - they never called back. Eventually I got a hold of someone online and on the phone, but it was a constant heated exchange because they took things so personally and never apologized about their bad service. When I brought it up, they simply ignore you and say, "what can I help you with?", then promise on things that they dont plan on keeping.If it werent for the product being needed as a Christmas gift, Id already file a complaint with the credit card and move on. I am giving them one last chance to have the product to me before Christmas. BTW, they promised they would provide a tracking number, but of course I have nothing so far. They have my email and number - so they know how to get a hold of me. Lets see how they handle this, but I can guarantee they will be rude and not apologize when an order is screwed up. If they do read this and decide to respond, theyll likely blame the customer and ignore any of the complaints that were made.

I ordered a front plate bracket for my 2012 Charger, they sent a bracket that did not fit, and it did not match the description in their ad. I tried to install the plate and due to fitment it ended up being very low to the ground. I hit one speed bump (one I normally go over every day) and it scratched the bracket. I uninstalled it first thing when I came home and called the company. They then told me that an SRT8 Charger is not the same as a 2012 Charger, however there was no option for an SRT8, so I assumed fit was universal. Even though they did not state this in their ad, nor do they have an SRT8 option, they still told me that I was not eligible for a refund. They gave me $27 back after spending $90, they also forced me to pay for return shipping with was about $10, so my total refund was $17 dollars on a $90 purchase that they now have back! What a joke! They showed no empathy on the phone, would not transfer me to a manager, and did not try and help me in any way. They only took my money, and the product back, and Im stuck with nothing but frustration. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered from this company on Amazon. Quality was not as described and item did not fit my vehicle. After requesting a RMA number for return......Tom and Grant from Car and Beyond called my personal number they lifted from shipping info provided Amazon!! I called Amazon and was told that is a clear violation of Amazon policy and they would handle it. Amazon service is great.....shopped on their site for years and NEVER a problem, returns yes, problems with sellers like Car and Beyond, never. After I posted a negative review on Amazon site, Tom at Car and beyond denied my return request and canceled my RMA request. WTH? I will stick with Amazon, but only orders "fulfilled and shipped by Amazon." Lesson learned!!!!

I purchased three key chains from Car Beyond Store in April. One fell apart. I emailed Car Beyond Store for a replacement. They wrote back to me and told me that there was only a 30 day warranty on my purchase and they cannot take it back. They also told me to take it to a watch or a glass repair shop the mall. That they may beable to fix it. Car Beyond Store does not stand behind the products that they sell. Because of the way this situation was handled I will not purchase anything else from them.

I would NEVER recommend dealing with this company. I had a problem with a shipment I received from them. The apparel that was ordered did not fit, and when I requested a return, they were very uncooperative. The item was an item that was just ordered, still had its original tags and stickers on it, and I simply asked for an exchange or a refund. They were not willing to let me ship the item back to them, refund me or let me exchange the item. They basically told me "tough S"...... Be warned!

Bought F-250 Superduty iPhone case. Nicer than I expected. In about 2 weeks the outside band had broken. Wrote to Car Beyond through Amazon. Got a return email within the hour, followed by a phone call to make sure I did what was needed to get a replacement. My replacement case was in the mail with in two hours of the time I first contacted them. I am truly amazed, never have had such responsive service. Car Beyond has earned a new customer.

love the customer service i bought a cobra key chain with a picture of a cobra and the word cobra on it, but when i received it did not have the word cobra on it i was a little disappointed because i named my new puppy cobra, but matthew from customer service was great he called me immediately to resolve the problem he took care of me and my issue he was great. the company is very respectful thank you everyone at Car Beyond Store

If you order something and unwrap it and find it isnt going to work, dont bother wasting your time and money sending it back. Just throw it in the garbage. If its unwrapped, theyll say it is not in new condition and give you a refund that wont even cover your shipping. I even told the rep on the phone it was unwrapped. Im sure it will be resold. What a scam.

I purchased a sunshade from this Company and they sent a completely different unit. Before I purchased from Car Beyond I sent this Company asking if the merchandise pictured was what I would receive and thier response " is just as pictured". The item sent was completely different and the solution was to spend more money as they had the wrong one pictured

Bought license plate frames from these jerks by mail order. Frames were too small for my stock frame brackets. I returned the frames the same day at my expense. I sent them back in perfect condition in the original packaging. However,I did not receive a full refund from them. Reading the other comments - I am beginning to see a pattern....

Last week I bought a Christmas present for my husband and I paid a special fast shipping, and of course more expensive. My package did not arrive and this vendor does not want to work with me on the location of the package. The vendor does not show any interest in customer services. They were very uncooperative.

I spoke with Matthew about my Sunshield sizing problem and he immediate took charge and had the needed adjustments I requested made. The new Sunshield arrived shortly thereafter. I was very impressed with how quickly this problem was addressed and corrected. Great customer service.
