I had a blown headlight still under warranty. Donald, a so-called "Manager" answered my call, and told me there was NEVER any warranty on headlights, and there would NEVER be a warranty. They showed me the warranty info IN WRITING when I bought it - one of the reasons I chose those headlights in the first place. I called OReillys - they handle those warranties IN STORE - no hassle required. When I called the Orem Autozone to ask for a complaint number, Aaron gave me the number, and respectfully offered to warranty the headlight - no charge. Donald didnt have to be a jerk - there was no cause to be that rude. If you need parts, go to the Orem store where they will treat you better.

Better than the Provo AutoZone, It all depends on who is working there for your experience, I recently bought a part for my car and they gave me a gasket that went with the part free. I had to re-buy the part as I lost it.. this time at the Provo AutoZone they charged me $3 for the gasket, so its hard to rate as so much of your experience there will depend on the auto parts seller.

It honestly does not matter if I go to my local Autozone in Lindon or to one all the way up In SLC or to just this one here near by to the American Fork location, the employees are always willing to go out of their way and help, they are knowledgeable and friendly and help to provide cheaper solutions rather than sell me the most expensive thing I may not even need to fix the problem.

I got what I came for, but not in the way I expect. Customer service is an art form and these guys are not artists. Be passionate and dont treat customers like they are inconveniencing you. Like I tell my kids, its not just what you say that matters; just as important is how you say it.

Kind, courteous, and offering to help even when youre not buying anything. I called about the strips oil drain plug that I couldnt get out of the oil pan. The employee offer just a slight tip in how to change my approach and it came right out. These guys are the best! Thank you

Great customer service. Aaron was very helpful. I went to AutoZone because I was told I needed a new car battery when I had a recent oil change. Aaron wanted to make sure I actually needed a new battery and he tested my old one. Then he installed the new battery.

Decent store. Their layout of stock is a bit weird, and the guy behind the counter took a while to notice we wanted to check out, but whatever. If I need auto parts, this place seemed ok.
