You get what you pay for. This location employs a slew of very young inexperienced techs. They spent 10 mins on my oil change just finding the right socket wrench. A "45 min" oil change turned into 2 hours+ and the place was empty! Went from bad to worse when they handed me back my car keys afterwards - in 6 pieces! Theyd shattered my chipped key and when I asked no-one would admit to it. They told me "it came that way".. I asked if they really thought when I checked my car in if handed the guy 6 pieces of a key.. Just dumb expressions. The best they could do is try sell me a new key! Just a pretty poor experience all around.

We took our car in to get 2 new tires and they told us it would take an hour-which we were fine with because we needed to do some shopping. They took cars in that came in after us and they didnt finish our toes for 2 1/2 hours! We needed to get to a reunion and we were late because they took way too long! Then they didnt even switch the tires like we had talked about. We were not happy with the service and will never go to a Walmart Auto center again. We will stick to discount tires.

The service was good. The problem we had was that they do random audits and require a manager to check their work. Well the service people paged their managers and they did not come by the lube location for over 45 mins. So the total time it took was a little over an hour and 45 mins just for a simple oil change. We couldnt leave at just stuck there waiting. I will not be coming back to any Walmart lube for anything.

It took two hours to change a battery. When I got home I looked at the battery and it was not bolted down. I called them and they said it was. I had to go buy new parts to fix it my self. In my opinion it doesnt take a very smart person to see that a battery should be secure

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed, quality and pricing of the service. Theyve done an oil change and installed some new tires for me. I have no complaints, so far theyve been great.

Charged $6 to install wiper blade. Last time they only charged for the cost of the blade itself. Consider other options...
