Just went to find something for my AC. An employee convinced me to buy an AC pressure gauge and I bought it, opened it up and the employee was going to show me how to use it. Upon opening my car hood the employee told me I didnt need it and I could not return it. The "manager" was very unprofessional, still eating his lunch, when he came out to talk to me, and still would not take my return that I only purchased because of the employees recommendation. Product was not used, only opened, and opened right there in the store. The employee that recommended the AC Pressure Gauge then told me that I didnt have to listen to him. With the lack of knowledge and professionalism I would steer clear from this location. There is an auto zone across the street.

I walked in to this napa store and the lady in front was instantly rude. I bought a starter for my truck less than a year ago, had my bank statement and my reciept for the core charge. She didnt even look at them and told me she needs the reciept to help me and that was it. Before this I called two different napa stores and they both said those two things would be enough. I was very disappointed and wont be going back to them ever. All it takes is one rude employee to loose good customers.

My friend and I needed a few parts for her Dodge Neon SRT and its been a mission to get these parts for her car. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though they didnt have the exact part we needed, Matt not only found a solution to our problem but actually gave us parts that were better than what we currently have. Thank you Matt for your help. I will most definitely be returning and will send any family or friends that need help with their vehicle to this NAPA.

If you misplace your original receipt on a lifetime warranted item and it fails, youre screwed. Checker and Pep Boys keep all of your purchases on file so that if you do misplace your documentation, youre covered. My lifetime alternator failed shortly after a year and I couldnt locate my receipt, and all I got was "sorry, your receipt is your warranty". It was almost as if he was happy that Id misplaced it. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.

Rude service! Tried to buy windshield wiper refills and the person at the counter has an attifude and says they dont carry refills. I went on to tell her I have purchased them many times at NAPA. The she grudgingly starts looking in the catalog. It was cleat that she was not interested in looking them up so I walked out and went to another NAPA store (Elliot Rd) and all was well.

Very busy store. The whole crew always working hard and non stop. Great customer service. I lost my receipt for a defective alternator, no problem they exchanged it and they also installed a battery for my wife and put wipers on for my daughter. Great neighborhood store...also when I was in the store a customer came up short on money, they took care of him. Great store.

Had a defect battery from Auto Zone. They did not honor there warranty. So I went down the street and I talked to Rob, he was very understanding. He sold and installed my battery in no time. Great customer service from the whole store. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Also the battery was less expensive at Napa. You guys earned a customer for life.

This is the largest parts store I have ever been into, and there hours (open until 10 PM) make it easy for people that work late to still be able to get what they need. I will continue to drive past several other parts stores to get what I need from this location.
